We have used Mister Sparky twice and have found their service and pricing excellent. They provide a reasonable price estimate and complete the work as requested. The most recent job required adding a 240 volt circuit and installing a wall mounted appliance to charge an electric car. A very high quality job. Could not ask for better.

Mr. Adrian U and Mr. S P are the best electricians I have ever worked with.
Throughout the years I have worked with different electricians, both residential and commercial, and have never come across of such professional, kind and excellent people to work with. I had Mr. Adrian U came over to my house and had 4 fans installed and 1 light fixture, and from the moment he arrived he was very friendly and respectful. He gave me a great price (I had quoted other companies already) and started working right away, very fast and what I really appreciated: he was conscious of the walls and carpets. My home was new and he had shoe covers even to the step ladders!!! He got to the house around 530pm, and when he realized it was getting too late he called another tech, who I didn't have to pay for, and helped him do the job. The second tech was Mr. S P, and had the same level of knowledge and professionalism than Mr. A. Both great amazing guys to work with. It's not common to find so friendly people in this line of business, especially on a Friday at 7pm. They finished faster and everything was working before they left, even the fan had remote controls. Really thankful of their service.

They are excellent on what they do, they care for the customer and I would recommend their job to anyone and next time I need an electrician, I know who to call for sure. Great job guys.

I accidentally hit a live wire during my cabunet install I called several companies an to my surprise everyone appeared book I found sparky on *** an long story short they were able to do the job and along with several laugh the job was excellent and neat ...they had to install an HVAC condenser line which was ran outside my home saving me from anymore demo...thank you Sparky

Charged $403.00 For after hours visit to assess why I had no electricity.Visit less than 15 Min. and then I was informed it was ***'s fault
I called this company because it was after hours and I received no answer back from 2 others.I had no air and most power was out in my house. I was afraid to go all night in case there was a short or other risk. When I Called I was told I had to give them my credit card number and the visit would be $139.00 just to show up.I knew that was high but it was after hours and I was apprehensive about what was wrong with the electricity. He came about 7 P.M. , hooked up some kind of monitor, told me it was ***'s problem from outside wires coming in, called them and left. He was there less than 15 minutes . My bill was$ 403.00 for hooking up a monitor. He did nothing else.It was charged to my credit card which they already had the number. I live on a fixed income and I know I was charged an outrageous price. I know you will think that too. *** brought our a machine that night so my electric is on until the wires are replaced. *** told me it was an over inflated price to charge as well as the 2 other electricians who called me back in the morning.I think this is price gouging and taking advantage of people. I would have been satisfied with the $139.00 . *** said I should have called them first but I did not think of that and neither did other people I called for advise. I learned my lesson but this is still a problem for me to pay this and anyone else who calls them.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund. I expected to pay the 139.00 but not the added $264.00 that I was charged.

After a few conversations and some fact finding we were able to come to an acceptable agreement. Margaret stated she paid $139 for the ER fee. However, our guaranteed emergency dispatch fee is $129. The customer on our recorded line approved this prior to us coming out to her home. Once there the technician charged a diagnostic fee of $274. This fee is for an unlimited amount of time taken to identify the issue. The customer approved this in writing. When Paul was performing his diagnostic, he was able to identify this was a power company issue. Paul organized everything for the customer with the power company while he was there. He filed the work order ticket, organized the crew to be dispatched and addressed a few other items with the customer. Customer stated Paul was there for only 15 minutes. Paul was at the customers home for 1 hour and 13 minutes. This has been verified with three sources. Our scheduling software, our GPS software and our dash cam software. All three sources verified within a few seconds of each other. Also, the customer stated Paul was only in the house a few minutes. She is correct on this because he was outside most of the time diagnosing what was taking place. Unfortunately, Margaret felt because it was a power company issue we shouldn't charge her. I explained to her it was Paul's years of experience, the diagnosis and what he did for her that she paid for. Along with our on-time guarantee and availability for her electrical needs 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Remember Margaret we were the electric company that answered your call, came to your home, diagnosed the problem for you and organized the power company for you. The other companies you spoke with gave their opinion on the cost however they didn't get back to you until the next day. You were up and running in a short period of time due to our high level of customer service and guaranteed arrival that day. After speaking to the customer, we did lower her diagnostic fee and gave her a credit because customer satisfaction is important to us. She stated she was satisfied.

The company stated they would reimburse me 137.00 which was half of the diagnostic fee of 274.00 and I accepted that. I paid by credit card and was told it would be refunded there. I have not received my credit card statement so do not know yet if this was done. The company insists that their electrician was there 1 hour and 13 minutes which he was not. He went outside with my son to assess the problem , came in to call the electric co. and left. It could not have been more than 20 min. I would not have complained if he had been there several hours to fix the problem.404.00 seems excessive to me when it was ***'s problem.Thank you for looking into this for me .
