Mister Tile

Review: Patio tile. tile was either sealed incorrectly or contaminated product was used. The tile was then top coated, the top coat would not dry it was splotchy and sticky. The contractor used an abrasive cleaner, abrasive brushes and sandpaper to remove the top coat. The tile was left with a blotchy appearance and the factory finish has been ruined. The contractor tried to reseal the tile, it did not work. he said we would wait till after the winter and would as the situation. I have been trying contact him for the past 2 months, he has never returned any of my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like tile removed, replaced with new tile and sealed correctly.
