We received a letter stating that a complaint had been filed against our company Mister Tree Inc. by [redacted] of 1[redacted], RI. We had spoken with Mr.[redacted] to try an resolve this matter but he was not being very cooperative with us at all. We did give him our Insurance...

information and a claim has been filed to handle any and all damages caused at his residence. We never ignored any calls from Mr. [redacted]. We tried our hardest to come up with a solution to his problem. Our truck had leaked a small spot of Hydraulic fluid onto his driveway. We were more then happy to fix the spot that was damaged but Mr. [redacted] was not happy with that solution. He wanted his entire driveway replaced. We could not pay to have his 30 year old driveway completely redone as we did not damage the entire driveway. We have handed everything over to our insurance company and a claim has been filed.
