Mister Tree

We received a letter stating that a complaint had been filed against our company Mister Tree Incby [redacted] of [redacted] , RIWe had spoken with Mr[redacted] to try an resolve this matter but he was not being very cooperative with us at allWe did give him our Insurance information and a claim has been filed to handle any and all damages caused at his residenceWe never ignored any calls from Mr***We tried our hardest to come up with a solution to his problemOur truck had leaked a small spot of Hydraulic fluid onto his drivewayWe were more then happy to fix the spot that was damaged but Mr [redacted] was not happy with that solutionHe wanted his entire driveway replacedWe could not pay to have his year old driveway completely redone as we did not damage the entire drivewayWe have handed everything over to our insurance company and a claim has been filedThank You for letting us know a complaint has been filedWe are doing everything in our power to ensure Mr [redacted] has his driveway repairedThank You
