I purchased a vape from this company. The product came and was defective. The product leaked and I only had it 2 days. I sent it back and the company said it was working fine and they don't just because it leaks it's covered under the warranty. I sent the product back. Why is it that if you receive a new product and something is wrong with it the company will not refund your money. Now they are sending the product back to me after I resent it back to them and they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee on a product that is defective. When I purchase a product I expected it to work and not leak. I wish this company would just make it right and refund me the whole amount of money for a product that didn't work or is up to standards. They're shipping and response time on email is great however their customer service should have went above and beyond to make sure that the customer was satisfied.
