We had a signed agreement with Mistic, LLC to construct retaining walls on our property After two days they were two feet off the line they were to follow with a curve forming in what should have been a straight wall When confronted with this, [redacted] , the co-owner with his wife [redacted] said "I've got a bad feeling about this job" and said he was not going to do it He said I should get another contractor We had about blocks stacked in our drive-way, a pile of gravel across half of it and a dumpster at the base I said that if he would not honor the contract, he should remove everything from the site He did this but charged us for the dumpster and a "re-stocking fee" for the blockTo get any of our down payment back we had to let them keep $of our money for something that was not our faultMistic was clearly unable to do a job of this magnitude and lack any semblance of professionalism By all means, do not use this company
