Review: In June 2014, I contracted Mistos Home Improvement to pour a 14' x 7' concrete walk in front of my house at a cost of $1100 Within 6 to 8 months the surface started to flake and come apart in several areas. I contacted Misto E[redacted] about the defect and to come look at the problem, which he did, though without me present. I was told that maybe the concrete mix was bad and that he would repair it. On June 24th, 2015, Misto E[redacted] told me he would come the following week to power wash then resurface the concrete. He has yet to show up and has neither called me or returned several messages left on his phone.Desired Settlement: At this point I would be happy with having the repair done. But as more time passes and more phone calls go unanswered, I may want to seek a refund and have a different contractor fix it.
