Purchased a Ultra Craft and the hull leaks I had their dealer repair it twice and it still leaksI took it back in for repair for the third time and the dealer told me they will not work on my boat anymoreI was told by the dealer that Misty Harbor wanted the boat back in IowaI took my boat to the dealer on X-XX-XXXX today is X-XX-XXXX and still no boat, I was told by the dealer on X-X-XXXX that my boat was repaired and in IowaWhen I call the dealer for a repair status they must have my cellphone blocked because I always get voicemail if I call back on a different phone I get the service departmentMy main concern now is that I could have damage to both motors from freezing and the cover got torn from having feet of snow on itIt doesn't take months to repair a boatI have a stack of emails, pictures, repair slips and a copy of the warranty if needed to backup the claims of this email , give me a case#,address and a contact and I will mail them to you Product_Or_Se

New boat purchased has manufacturer defectsThe dealer and the manufacturer have failed to repair these defects We want our money back We purchased a Misty Adventure tri-toon boat new from Holiday Harbor in Celoron, NY in summer of We were sold the boat with the express verbal warranty that we could ski and tube behind the boat The dealer sold us a Big Bertha tube and tow rope at the time of purchase of the boat for that purpose That summer the ski/tow bar bent and caused damage to the platform The dealer 'repaired' the damage but adding a stronger angle iron but cut the washer in half and put bolts in crooked so that they are not flush with the metal and will wiggle loose with use, causing a safety issue The next summer, 2017, the pontoons cracked and the right one, looking at the boat from behind, took on waterWe called the dealer and left messages but he did not return our phone calls We had a local marina winterize and store the boat for the w

I purchased a new pontoon in April of 2017.I have been having problems since June 11!!
I first contacted the dealer (Just Add Water Boats) on June with a broken seat.I sent them pictures of the seatThey said they would contact the warranty department and normally they would replace the seat*** who is a serviceman for Just Add Water Boats, emailed me June stating the warranty department said "it was abuse on the seat which caused it to break" Needless to say, I was a little upset.I contacted the warranty department personally and emailed *** *** who is the first person I contacted in the warranty departmentShe replaced the seatBefore I received the new seat another one broke the following weekendI contacted Sheri again and she informed me that the seat base manufacturer had let Misty Harbor know the seats were made from "poor quality materials"The seats that were replaced were made from this same materialSheri had her people make metal plates for the

Holiday Harbor Marina is a boat dealer, we purchased a new tri-toon Misty Harbor boat from Holiday Harbor and the pontoons cracked and filled with water! That was the worse but there were other issues too - the ski/tow bar bent and when we complained they said we weren't allowed to pull a tube behind the boat (it has a mercury engine) even though Holiday Harbor told us at time of sale it would be GREAT for tubing and SOLD us the Big Bertha tube and tow rope They were great until the sale was made and have been awful ever since They, under warranty, 'repaired' the bent ski/tow bar and did such a shoddy job that it is dangerous, the bolts are so sideways that they can work off and kill someone skiing We want a full refundThis boat -and their horrible service - have made what should have been a joyful experience making memories with our family on the lake a nightmare BUYER BEWARE Misty Harbor boats are inferior and dangerous and Holiday Harbor will treat you like garbage the second the ink is dry on the sale
