This company went defunct/died years ago and someone is trying to sell the remaining stock
I have been trying to obtain a Misty8 from them for over three years now. When I originally emailed them in 2021 to inquire about when the product would be back in stock, I was informed by someone that after speaking with their manager the plan was to have it back in stock next summer. Come summer 2022, still nothing. I emailed them to ask what was going on and they wanted my phone number, that someone would call me. Why would I give out my personal phone number? Very sketchy.

All they have in stock are the worthless 'MistPRO3's' and various other patio contraptions. And it's been like this for YEARS now, they don't re-stock their inventory or release new products. The Mist PRO3 is a garbage device that constantly needs refilling and repumping. You're better off buying one of those $20 USB rechargeable fans off of Amazon that spray you with water, the warranty alone is worth more than what you get from these guys.

Obviously the original owners lost control of the company or sold it off and all of their remaining inventory (probably a small storage locker worth of product) was sold to one or two individuals who are now trying to sell it off.

Purchase a patio mist system or forever hold your peace. The MistyMate company of the 90's that brought fantastic personal misting systems to market no longer exists.

Please submit your Product Key Warranty Number Also send specific details on exactly where the mister is leaking Are the nozzles leaking, or the fittings that the nozzles screw in to? Is there any visible damage to the nozzles themselves? Once we receive these details we can review and advise the best solution

No response from them This whole process could have been resolved with a minute phone call and they would have a satisfied customer Please read the reviews on the Revdex.com website I seem to only receive emails from them on a Sunday Is this a part time, partially staffed company ?
