I have had several opportunities to observe the work of Chippers' crews, both in *** and in *** In every case, Chippers has provided an estimate on the scope and cost of the services to be rendered; every time the estimate has been honored and not exceeded The crews are uniformly industrious, typically arriving on time and working the full day as described The Supervisor arrives early or, if the natrure of the work is already known, at some time during the day The Supervisor confers with the crew Sometimes I have known specifically what I want a certain task to accomplish; at other times, the Chippers supervisor makes decisions for me based on the visual beauty of the forest I have found everyone at Chippers to be responsive to my inquiries
