Review: They have my money and my return. they are crooks as far as I'm concerned..

I'd never trust them to do any future business with/ EVERDesired Settlement: refund on my card ASAP

Review: I ordered a Kindle from seller that was defective. I tried to return it..seller [redacted] said he would be out of town until August and for me to contact him and he would send me a return postage label . When I contacted him he said my 30 days were up. I continued to correspond with this person and he finally told me to send Kindle back and he would replace it. I did this ..then he said he could only refund half my money or another Kindle. I opted for the Kindle and it would not charge either..seems as though he sent me the same Kindle I returned to him because I wrote down the serial number before returning it. I contacted this man and he never returned my calls or answered my email. His business stinks and I am out $105.00 plus the $12.00 I spent returning the Kindle.Desired Settlement: Apologize for giving me the run around and a refund for inconvenience

Buyer responded well past the warranty period experiation date, even given the ten days I was closed. I cannot refund or replace an item that is well past warranty expiration, and consider the case closed

I am rejecting this response because: I returned a non working Kindle and Misty Electronics sent me the same one back. It was doing the same thing as the first he sent me ...it would not charge. I wrote the serial number down and checked it with the second one and they matched. This Man knew he did this. I have all of my correspondence with him trying to get the item returned and he kept putting me off. He knew if he went past 45 days nothing would or could be done. He even told me he was going on Vacation to stall me. I am more than willing to send you copies of correspondence with him. There is correspondence where he said he would refund my money if I got it back to him within 2 days and then changed his mind after he received it stating he would only refund half of my purchase price. If you would like copies I would be more than willing to forward them to you.

As I have explained to the customer many times, in many emails, this is out of warranty and cannot be credited. As further explanations I don't believe will make any difference in the way you feel, and will not change my response that the item is out of warranty, I will not respond to them.

Review: the product I bought broke within a week of receipt. Contacted "[redacted]" - he offered a refund, so I sent it back but forgot the earbuds and charger. I emailed him and asked if he repaired phones because there was a video of my son getting a very prestigious award on it; I also explained that I accidentally left out the items on the return. He replied via email that he didn't do repairs and not to worry about the earbuds and charger because he didn't need them back! I did contact him the next day and said that I could have it repaired locally, but then changed my mind and opted for the refund - the SAME DAY. He NEVER asked for the earbuds/charger back until he received the phone back (via FedEx), he sent email asking for the earbuds and charger! When I sent him an inquiry with my confusion as well as a copy of his reply to me - he responded by attacking my integrity and demanding the items before refunding me the money. I have since returned ALL the items - provided him tracking info - and yet, he will not release the $324 refund until he receives a pair of used earbuds and charger. I have had to file complaints with Ebay and PayPal. This guy has sent NUMEROUS emails to my personal email account - which continue to degrade my decision for refund. When I Googled Mistry Electronics - I soon found out that I was not the only one being chastised when a purchase went awry. [redacted] goes completely out of his way to harassing customers. Ebay Customer Service Rep. told me to file some on-line forms - and next thing I know, [redacted] goes ballistic - and demands I stop contacting him even though I only went directly through Ebay and followed their directions. Seriously, New Jersey - this guy is a piece of work and should be reeled in by any means to keep within the confines or your expectations for businesses.Desired Settlement: $324 credited to my PayPal account

This buyer was very challenging to take care of. He changed his mind more than three times as to whether he wanted a refund or a replacement. His last choice was replacement, so I said to send back only the phone and I'd replace. After that he changed his mind again, and wanted a refund, after he sent the package back. I informed him that if he wanted a refund I would need him then to return the accessories as well.Once these come back I will be happy to refund in full
