Regards,Sandra you know exactly who I amYou and I spoke on the phone multiple times regarding this tow and my previous towIn fact when we spoke the way you looked for the records on my tow was using my license plate numberThis is the exact same scenario and I know you guys have the means of searching it this wayObviously after refusing to give me your Agency License number over the phone you still want to play this hard ball and I am fine with it I have plenty of supporting documentation of your sign postings and the numerous laws it violatesI have multiple agencies in line to receive this complaint as well going all the way up to the stateThis will be your opportunity to fix the issue before it progresses further. The tows took place at the *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** **I am fully aware that you guys have the documentation of my tows both back in March and again in July both from the same complex. *** ***

Good Morning, Unfortunately this is the first time I see this complaint being sent to us and that is why I have not responded, as for that I send my apologies in case it was over looked on my behalfIs there any way you can inform me the year, make, and model of the vehicle as well for

Sent: Thursday, September 24, 2015 11:46 AM To: drteam Subject: Complaint #[redacted]   Good Day,   After looking into this matter,the [redacted] was towed on 8/13/15 for being NOT Head In. The [redacted] was towed on 5/1/15 for No Resident Permit being parked in Residential Parking. Visitor Parking will indicate VISITORS in black and yellow paint on the pavement. Also, there are white signs with red lettersupon entering the only entrance of the property as well as throughout the property,that do state Resident Parking Only, Visitors must park in designated areas, Permit Parking Only and Head-In Parking Only. Attached are the photos of the 2 vehicles towed from [redacted] on 6/19/15, along with the copy of the current contract.   After speaking with Mr. [redacted], (Property Manager), he was informed that per the JC Towing & Recovery contract, We require a 30-Day Cancelation Notice in writing and this MUST be sent VIA certified mail only. He was also notified that until we receive the proper Cancelation Notice, the contract would and still remains active. After speaking with his Father, Mr. [redacted], (Property Owner), we also provided him with the same information that was provided to Mr. [redacted].   When viewing the photos of the 2 vehicles towed on 6/19/15, you can clearly see the JC Towing & Recovery signs up and posted on the Buildings and were signs also posted throughout the property as well.   We completely understand that everyone has their own right, decision & opinion and may or may not choose to use JC Towing & Recovery as their Tow Company, we're simply requiring as it states per the contract, for a proper Cancelation Notice.   Also, we've updated our e-mail address with the Revdex.com, I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] but for some reason, we have not been receiving e-mails from the Revdex.com.   Please contact me VIA e-mail or phone anytime with any questions or concerns you may have. In this response JC Towing has provided evidence of the vehicle in question. They confirm that they are in fact the agency that has towed my vehicle on two separate occasions. They do not deny towing my vehicle. In their response they have provided documentation of my vehicle and the reasons with which they have been given the authority by the complex to tow "Illegally Parked" vehicles from this property. JC Towing is responsible for the signage at this property for the tenants whom visit this complex. This is a clear and direction violation of state law under the [redacted] General Requirements for Sign Prohibiting Unauthorized Vehicles. I will refer your attention to the documentation attached. JC Towing operates their "Legal Towing" under the authority of this sub chapter yet uses none of the guidelines to do so. They have towed my vehicle on two separate occasions claiming I was "Illegally Parked" when I have clearly provided documentation they confuse the visitors of this complex in order to illegally tow vehicle and collect revenue. I would like this documentation to remain public for future consumers and this complaint to be filed "Unresolved." JC Towing clearly has no intentions of correcting this concern both with myself as a consumer or regarding their illegal activity. They remain operating with the same signage as indicated in this reference.

JC Towing and Recovery was explicitly told that their contract was not going to be assumed with the transfer of the property this was communicated to both Sandra and Julian. Neither Sandra nor Julian ever claimed to need a termination notice. The notion that they required a 30-day termination notice is ludicrous. They do not have, nor have ever had, a contract with [redacted] the legal and lawful owners of the property that they trespassed onto to perpetuate their extortion.  
Furthermore since the event we have not heard from Julian in regards to the matter.
