Hello, It does appear that we have provided all previous information and correspondence in regards to this former customer. We have reattached for review. The product has been made to manufacturing standards, and by the request of the customer asked to alter the veneer. We clearly inform the customer that it will not cover her full tooth and the reply was to go ahead and alter.  This customer has asked for a refund of $0. requirement and we do expect all customers to understand the product prior to ordering. Sadly, Ms. [redacted] is missing the teeth that are required.  Per our terms and conditions, agreed to while purchasing, we do not provide a refund once the impression process has started. We have offered Ms. [redacted] 70% out of good will. This simply covers a the shipping, taxes, administration, correspondence and staff time involved- no monetary gain to our business. Alternatively, Ms. [redacted] does have the option of having the product manufactured as planned. We have offered her a product with warranty that she has declined.  We have offered both product that our technicians can manipulate to her dental portfolio or a 70% refund- both very fair options.  We would welcome you to view our Terms and Conditions at the following             [redacted]

This customer has rejected the previous, however, has provided images of a product being ill fitting.There isn't a time stamp and was not offered to the Revdex.com as requested.Though we have a no refund policy, to help settle this case, we are willing to offer $399.00 back to the customer if he is to ship back to our Chicago office at own expense. I am rejecting this response because:I will now file a review this company on the Revdex.com. I have all emails and after sending one with a question no response for months. Unfortunately, all I can do is leave negative reviews in hopes that it is visible to others doing their research. I'm still appalled that I could go months without any sort of response, but when I finally decided to attempt to take some sort of action, I received multiple emails in one day.

This was not done and so had to be escalated delaying the refund process. Our terms and conditions clearly state that you need to send us a video and/or pictures clearly...

shipped on May 2nd it was shipped on May 7th.I can see from the order that the product was dispatched and that you signed for the delivery of it on May 10th. I hope that this resolves the matter.Thank you.

The images were provided to a personal email as she was not willing to provide images in our standard company email. The product was re manufactured and shipped to her- this product was received yesterday where she complained again of an ill fit. Ms. [redacted] called our office to complain and demand a refund. It was explained to her that we cannot offer this per our terms and conditions, however, we are happy to review any images or videos that suggest the product is not fitting. She is also within driving distance to our office and is welcomed to show us that the product is not fitting properly. Ms. [redacted] has refused to cooperate leaving us without any further options. Hello, The product is custom fit to the impression that each customer provides. The product takes 25 working days once the impressions are received and enter into manufacturing. If there are any changes in one's dental portfolio, sadly, we would require new impressions. All the policies...

aforementioned are in the terms and conditions this customer agreed to when purchasing.  We are willing to refund minus $100 for any costs through the order- alternatively, we would ask for new impressions and we can expedite to 10 business days. We also ask that any future correspondence does go through Revdex.com as this customer has verbally abused my staff for following company policy.

Good Morning, The customer requested a refund as she isn't suitable for a product on Friday 9th March. This has been passed to the accounts department and can take up to 7 day to be processed. This will then be in the hands of the credit provider. Many thanks.INSTAsmile
