*** called to respond and stated the following: I spoke w consumer on 8/28/and asked for photos and to return my callAsked him when he noticed damage, he said he noticed damage when he got the vehicle back to his house(3-days later) It was on a flatbed so there is no way to really damage
itI asked what was wrong with it, he said a crack in the black filler piece(It's an air dam, maybe the clips came out or a screw was loose.) I was still willing to assist him and I offered to assist him in any way that I could help him, but he didn't respond to me further
