Review: We, we approached by MBS Litigation, [redacted], Attorney, in an effort to attain a mortgage loan modification, and principle reduction. They took our money, cannot provide me with a "worked" sheet with hours attributed to our case of loan modification, and now they have vanished, with no correspondence. They took $5237. Now [redacted] is in his own legal trouble, and says he wants to make good on his promises, but to my knowledge he has been suspended for unethical behavior, and a violation of his vows to be a good lawyer. Now, there has been no communication, and no effort to assist us. This results in us, being in a worse place, than we were when we started. I have come to learn that it's illegal for MBS to request funds up front for a promise of a loan modification/principal reduction. They, [redacted] et al, have been unethical, illegal, and non responsive to our demands of a return of our dollars. We need you help. We want to keep others, as well, from being taken advantage of as well. I also had to find a new lawyer, which has now cost us an additional $1500. I am asking for all of this to be returned to us. We would not have had to secure new legal representation if the, less than honorable, MBS legal firm didn't screw us! Thanks for your assistance.Desired Settlement: Total refund of $6737.
$5237.00 refund of all dollars paid to MBS Litigation, and $1500 paid to new legal firm as a result of the unethical, illegal behavior of MBS litigation.
