CNAN administers products that are only sold through licensed automobile dealerships.Further, CNAN does not contact any existing or potential consumer asking for any personal or financial information such as credit card information at any timeAlso the contract number provided by Mr*** does not show up in our records.If Mr*** would be willing to share a copy of what was received, CNAN would like to look into the matter further to ensure CNAN's name is not being improperly usedIf you or Mr*** have any questions please do not heSitate to contact me directly at (*** *** *** ***

Mr. [redacted] purchased his vehicle from [redacted] which is part of the Mitchell Auto Group.Mr. [redacted] was solicited by a 3rd party not affiliated with our dealership offering to sell him an extended service contract.  His complaint is about them and not us.We are not associated with the company he dealt with and he did not deal with any of our staff during the purchase of this after sale product.We believe based on his complaint that he paid the $160 to this other business as part of that transaction.We value Mr. [redacted] business, however we are not sure how we can help the customer recover the funds he paid to another business for a transaction unrelated to the purchase of the vehicle from us.Thank you,[redacted]Mitchell Auto Group[redacted]

Talked to Customer on Friday. Everything is in process to resolve her issue with oil consumption with her Subaru.Customer is aware that she needs to put 600 miles on vehicle before we can continue the claim with SOA.
