I feel that Mitchell could at least try to have areas re-died again since it was professionally cleaned twice and maybe dye would take better or possibly having pile cut. They had suggested that after I complained the 1st time. I don't feel there is nothing that can be done. ***

This carpet was improperly maintained due to lack of vacuuming and/or steam cleaning as was evidenced by the photographs. All warranties are from the manufacturer, but rental property is excluded.

This home is my son and daughter in laws, we have been working with Mitchell carpet sense September, NEVER was proper care or rental property mentioned by Mitchell carpet until a month AFTER they agreed to replace carpet and charged my credit card for our order(up grade and install) only when we called to inquire as to when carpet would be in were we accused of improper care which is them trying to find a reason not to fulfill our orderLow grade or not, they agreed to replace the carpetI resent being accused of improperly caring for the carpet, it is a VERY CLEAN HOUSE! I want the refund of $for the original carpet purchase sense THEY have reneged on their agreement with usOnce again we had to have the carpet steam cleaned and submit photos for them to submit to manufacturer to confirm it was defective, we were contacted by Mitchell carpet letting us know it was approved and we could select replacement carpet

In 2012 we responded to a complaint from Ms. [redacted] about her seam, I visited with the manufacturer's rep. who filed a claim. An independent inspector responded, found nodefect but adjusted the seam and customer was happy. Customer complained in 2014 of wear, and independent...
inspector was sent again, no wear was found, carpet was in need of steam cleaning as per manufacturers recommendation.
Seam was never mentioned to us or inspector. Independent inspector noted in his report that installation was good. A copy of each report was provided to the customer.
Seams are never guaranteed invisible as stated on our invoice. No carpet store or installer guarantees invisible seams. This is due to the nature of the materials.
Any time two or more pieces of carpet or any other material are joined seams may be visible. There is nothing more that can be done.
