I purchased a *** washer and dryer in OctoberThe dryer has already stopped heatingWith my warranty this is whom *** told me I had to use for repairI have been waiting for three weeks for them to call to set up my serviceYou cannot get anyone to answer your call, you have to leave a messageTo which they WILL not call you backI have left several messages, along with ***I find out today that Golden Inhome has sent in a repair note to *** saying my service has been completed!!! Not only have I not heard back from them, no one has been to my house to any type of serviceYou cannot contact them via their web page, the E-Mail is invalid!
