I would like to share my experience on two separate occasions with Mitchell heating and Air.
We purchased a new home that they installed our furnace unit and two weeks into moving into our new home we noticed there was no air coming out of our vents and called them to come look at it. They charged me $120 to remove a plastic bag that was stuck in the unit. I later had a duct cleaning service come out to remove the large amounts of dust and garbage out it. The company who cleaned our ducts noticed there was cans in the unit as well. I guess we didn't pay for the removal of cans just the plastic bag. One separate occasion we realized that they never installed our humidifier that we paid for. They sent a service man out that made my basement smell like an ashtray. Not only does my house smell but I cannot understand that a serviceman that comes into people's homes would smell like cigarettes to the point my two boys couldn't be in the basement.
