I am not denying that Cory tried to help me after I called numerous times between *** agency & home office...But my complaint still remains the same why can't *** on letter head provide me with a letter stating it was an error on their part not mine & that they are since clearing the credit collections service statement they sent me..Most importantly, I can't understand why it's so hard to get something in writing..It was easy for they to send me this inaccruated statement, but then can't send me anything correcting it..I am dealing with the *** it self and affiliates

This complaint is actually against [redacted](not my Agency).  My employee, Cori did her best to help the client.  [redacted] called in regards to her auto policy on 3/**/16.  She was questioning a collection bill that she received on auto policy.  She stated...

that she cancelled the policy on 12/*/15 and there should be no money owed because her policy did not renew until 12/*/15.  Cori stated that she would contact [redacted] and try to get this fixed.  Cori spoke to [redacted] and got [redacted] to remove the $15 fee and stated she was going to get a refund of $4.70Cori spoke to [redacted] and told her that everything was taken care of and she would get documentation for her.  Cori had to wait a couple of days for [redacted] to change in their system and on 4/*/16 Cori sent [redacted] the page showing there was no longer money due and she was now getting a refund.  She was not happy with that because it stated "[redacted] felt it was not a courtesy and wanted something different in writing.  Cori contacted [redacted] and was told there was not anything generated except the refund, and that nothing else could be sent.  Cori also contacted the collection agency for [redacted] and they told her that if [redacted] would listen to the recording that they have regarding her account, it states that collection was removed and closed.

Review: I bought a home owner insurance through Mitchell Blecker Agency in June 2014. The home [redacted] insurance company is [redacted]. After 2 week of paying my premium they increase it to $200.00 and the want me to trim the trees from my neighbor that hang on my property. I cancel my insurance with [redacted] and went back to my original home[redacted] with [redacted]. Mitchell Blecker Agency told me that I will get back my refund in 30 to 45 days. Three weeks after, on Aug. **, I got my refund from [redacted] but not the broker fee of $100.00 from Mitchell Blecker Agency. I keep on writing them email for the refund but [redacted] keeps on telling me that he will tell the [redacted] about it. I have the emails as proofs/paper trail. Its over 60 days and I still did not get my broker fee of $100.00. If you need a copy of email I can forward it to you. Hope you can help me resolve this problem.Desired Settlement: Refund me the broker fee of $100.00
