waiting list and you called to cancel at the last minute. You scheduled a 12:15 appointment then called 15 minutes after it to let me know you would be late. I agreed to another 12:15 appointment and If you missed it you will be charged for both and 15 minutes later you called back and cancelled. I called and explained because of the missed appointments you would be charged as well as the $63 you owe for past service. I have dates of your scheduled and missed appointments.
