I had a very bad experience with this company. They came to do work to my home without me even knowing that they were coming. I wanted to know when they were coming so that I could be home when. I was told a week later, as I was still calling to set up the appointment for them to come, that they had been to my home & had completed the work. Fine, I paid the bill. Two weeks later my roof is still leaking. After many calls I finally got it set up for them to come while I was home. This allowed for the technician to properly assess the damage. Now I have another bill and I think it was unprofessional how they handled me. Had they been upfront & honest with me about the procedures of working on homes without consent or at the very least a conversation then maybe this thing would have been resolved with just one visit & one bill. They are very difficult to get in touch with & rarely return my calls.
