I had a very bad experience with this companyThey came to do work to my home without me even knowing that they were comingI wanted to know when they were coming so that I could be home whenI was told a week later, as I was still calling to set up the appointment for them to come, that they had been to my home & had completed the workFine, I paid the billTwo weeks later my roof is still leakingAfter many calls I finally got it set up for them to come while I was homeThis allowed for the technician to properly assess the damageNow I have another bill and I think it was unprofessional how they handled meHad they been upfront & honest with me about the procedures of working on homes without consent or at the very least a conversation then maybe this thing would have been resolved with just one visit & one billThey are very difficult to get in touch with & rarely return my calls
