I am rejecting this response because: I only had the vehicle less then a month when I realized this issue When I brought it to the attention to Jason, he acted like he didn't care and showed me a report I now beleive was falseI took the vehicle to *** tire service in *** ***, CT The tires were inspected by Tom G***, the General Manager and of the four tires failed inspection As a matter of fact, one of the tires had a plug in it indication that there was a hole in the tire and they plug it I asked MrG*** is it possible for me to wear down a tire within a month and he stated that it was impossible According to MrG***, at least of the four tires should of never passed inspection and the fourth tire was boarder line, so when Jason showed me a report that the tires exceeded exceptions, he lied Also I read that they inspected the brakes On October 7, 2016, I had a loud noise coming from the brakes Not trusting Bill Selig Ford, I took the vehicle to *** *** in *** *** where I found that the brakes were new all around but the proper lubrication was not applied on the brake pads and the anti-rattle clips were not installed so it created a loud noise, metal to metal sound This was improperly done but the vehicle still passed inspection I still have the tires and MrG*** will confirm my complaint if necessaryI also have the paperwork from *** *** about the brakes

Thank you for your response: While this continues to go back and forth, on two different occasions the customer returned to the dealership to have us fix items that he was concerned with, none of which where safety related items We discussed the tires on his second return and and while we explained they were legal for the state and the street, we offered to give him the tires for our internal cost if he felt he needed new ones. As a gesture of goodwill not as an admittance of wrong, we will extend this customer $in service credit here at our store; either in sales, service or parts

I am rejecting this response because: Regardless of the fact of the items I complaining about, I spent $36384.13 on a vehicle that is certified.  You stated that some of the items were a non safety issues. When I bought the vehicle to your repair facility, the issues were not completed even after having my vehicle for 3 days at which time, I had to scramble for transportation.   Never the less, EVERYTHING on the vehicle should be in working order!  I now question the authenticity of the inspection.  I disagree with your inspection of the tires that's why I had the tires inspected by a independent company, who stated to me that 3 of the tires failed inspection and on top of that, one of the tires had a plug in it indicating that there was a puncture in the tire.  After spending that amount of money on a vehicle, the last thing I should be buying for the vehicle after 2 week of owning it is tires.  I also now question the fact that the brakes were not properly installed causing me to spend a day at [redacted] for repair BUT according to you, the vehicle passed inspection.I reject your offer because of your, "I don't care" attitude, the way Ive been treated by you regarding this issue and your total disrespect.  You stated a $300.00 credit with your company.  I will never do business nor will I ever recommend anyone to do business with you or any of your [redacted] companies.  I'am requesting the full amount I had to pay for tires.
