Good morning, I spoke with the business owner this morning. He offered to cancel the bill and some recommendation for the higher electric bill. Please note we resolved this dispute. Thank you, [redacted]
I needed to replace a 20 year old [redacted] heat pump & central air unit that died just prior to Labor Day weekend. I found it hard to get quotes from a lot of companies due to the holiday but I called Mitchell & Young as I was working my way down the listings alphabetically and I wish I had started with them first. It was on a Saturday afternoon when I reached them working a job in [redacted] and they were at my home within an hour and I had a new system installed Monday afternoon after just committing with them that morning.
This company is AMAZING-they worked like a [redacted] pit crew on the install. The price was fair and I couldn't be more pleased with their service and professionalism.
