The throttle limit screw was set from the factory and was in the factory setting at the time the customer purchased the machine

The screw they are referring to was already out when we got the machineWe did not run that screw out to cause the overheating to melt the fenderWe want that replaced before our child gets burned.As you can plainly see in thus picture the original tags are on the machine along with the date the picture was taken

RE: ID# ***- *** This machine comes with a warning tag attached- Warning against removal or backing out the throttle limit screw more than inchesThis will cause the machine to produce excessive heat which could cause the exhaust to melt the plastic body parts near the exhaust
There is a proper procedure for de-restricting the machine and Mr*** was made aware of this at the time of purchaseAfter the machine came in with the melted body parts Palmetto Cycle performed the de-restricting process at no chargeThis process would normally cost $Issues regarding what is and is not covered by the manufacturers warranty are determined by the manufacturer NOT the dealer.Mr*** actually paid $not $for the machine.If there are issues to be covered by warranty that will be *** that makes that determination
