failure of an alternator is a spontaneous occurrence; there is absolutely no possible way such a failure could have been pre diagnosed. we did test drive ms*** *** after the initial repair but only for a very short distance because of concerns our technicians had
regarding the safety of her vehicle we offered ms.b*** a generous discount, which was refused. she was kept abreast, by the technician, throughout the repair

I am rejecting this response because:I was told different in regards to whether or not the vehicle was test driven following the initial repairs and should have been notified if there was a safety issue concerning the operation of the vehicleIn addition, the price offered to fix this "additional" repair is definitely not generous, matter of fact, it still generously exceeds the average cost to replace an alternator for this model vehicle anywhere else
