The throttle limit screw was set from the factory and was in the factory setting at the time the customer purchased the machine.

1.     Mrs. [redacted], has never contacted us concerning any of these issues. We had no idea anything was wrong until we received the complaint. If she would have just called us this complaint would have never happened. We take care of our cus[redacted]ers. All it takes is a call...

2.     John, owner of the company, is in the process of taking care of this complaint. 3.     Mrs. [redacted] did receive a copy of the original proposal/contract on 5/4/15 listing of work that would be done and she mailed a down payment for this work. 4.     A receipt is only mailed if cus[redacted]er request. All paperwork is mailed when job is completed. 5.     A new outgoing line was installed and also a French drain to cut off spring water coming towards the house. This was all done per her request and also noted on her proposal/contract that she mailed a payment in for. 6.     We are checking into the plumbing issue at this time because we have no idea what that is for or how it became our issue. 7.     The spring for her animals is Air Locked. Our employees working on job site told her and another gentlemen what was needed to fix this problem for her. This was not something we caused at the site. Although our vehicles or purchased "As Is" if problems occur within a short time period we will work with customer to resolve issue. We had to send [redacted] vehicle out to be repaired and have no control over how fast the mechanics would be and therefore offered [redacted] a loaner vehicle to which she refused. The vehicle repairs were completed n April 24, 2015 and [redacted] was called and told she can pick up vehicle. As of today she has not came in to pick up or make her sales tax payment of $585.00 that was due April 10, 2015 or her Bi-weekly car payment of $150.00 that was due on April 11th and April 28th. On 10/8/2015 John stopped at [redacted] property.  Talked about her concerns took care of any problems and she paid for the work done.  John reimbursed Mrs. [redacted] for the bill of plumbing and the $50.00 she paid for work that [redacted] did.   Total due on bill was 10,300.00 -947.37credit on plumbing and paid balance due of 9,352.65. Review: I went to Mitchell's Auto last April looking to purchase a SUV! The owner was so friendly, and so helpful calling me when he went to the auction letting me know how happy I was going to be and he can't wait for me to see my new truck and it was a surprise, I couldn't have dealt with a nicer man at the time! Everyone I talked to told me don't buy a vehicle from him, he's ignorant, he treats people like crap, his vehicles were horrible, but I still took a chance and I didn't see any of these things like people told me!! I gave him 2500.00 down and I signed the papers and was out the door with a 2004 Yukon XL and a 300.00 payment! I was so happy!! Well a week later I started hearing this thumping noise so I took it back he swore up and down I was crazy and was hearing things so I left, needless to say a couple days later my truck was running so bad I had to put the hazard lights on just to make it to a gas starion, at first he didn't want to get it fixed and finally after quite a few back and forth shouting matches he finally told me if I pay 200.00 he would pay 200.00 well it ended up being 800.00, a week after that my brakes went too after 3 weeks and for the last year it has been non stop trips to the mechanic!! I put at least 7500.00 into this vehicle and this past month I got sick and was stuck in NC for over two weeks, the truck was here so that my kids could get around until I got back, I informed the office I was in the hospital and as soon as I came home I would been in to make my paymebt, I was roughly 10 days late but definitely would be in to pay it! The morning I was going to pay the payment I took the truck to the carwash to clean it out and waiting for the office to open up so I could drop the payment, there is a bakery across the street from the carwash so I locked the truck and walked into the bakery, I was in there maybe 5-6 minutes when I came out my truck was gone and all of the items I had in the back of the truck was broken up and my dead aunts clothes were thrown all over the street!! My husband came and picked me up we went straight to the dealership and had the money to pay the truck note which I planned on making that say any way! The owner and his receptionist were so ignorant and rude it was ridiculous, they told me I was not getting my vehicle back unless I paid the balance of 4800.00 + 250.00 repossession fees, my husband tried talking to the owner and the owner starting calling me a liar, and he told my husband he's sick of me and he don't feel like dealing with me, his staff went through my purse and phone which was in the truck when they took, they left me stranded in the middle of a town, my purse, phone everything was in that truck I had to walk to a gas station to ask someone to use their phone it was insane, and I was only 10 days late and I let them know ahead of time I would be in to pay it! As my husband was talking to the owner he then told my husband that he had GPS Tracking device on my truck that I had no idea was even there, and he also not knowing I was in NC with my husband's truck told my husband that I have been driving past his office a few times a day and he was [redacted] off because why would I keep driving past and not stop to make the payment when it wasn't even me it was my kids so he said he repossessed it also just because he can and he felt I was being smart towards him and it wasn't even me driving!!! He is one of the rudest persom I have ever dealt with in my life, I would have never guesses he would be like this because when I was handing him money he was the nicest person on earth!! So now I am carless trying to figure out what I'm going to do because he won't give me my truck back until I give him 4800+250 that I don't have!!!Desired Settlement: I want my truck back that I put over 7500.00 dollars for in literally the last year! I would have had my truck for a year on April 28th! I wasn't late a month or two months I was late 10 days and I let them know what was going on and told them I would be in to pay it as soon as I got back to town, which I was but the office was closed when I went there first and that's the ONLY reason I went to the carwash to waste time and also he broke my things and destroyed clothes from my Aunt that just passed away and can't be replaced!! When we did call he said he didn't care take him to court and then hung up on me! I just want my vehicle back that I put so much money and repairs into and my items replaced!! I had no problem with paying 300.00 a month because it has been paid every month, I do have a husband and he helps me but we are separated and I'm a single mom of 4 and that was my only transportation to get them back and forth to school, to the doctors, my doctors, grocery shopping and any other daily routine!!! I put all that money into that truck myself with no help and he just ripped it right out of my hands knowing I was coming to pay it and had the money in my hand, and him and his receptionist was so mean, and ignorant it was crazy!! He told us flat out this is my business and I'll do what I want when I want!! Very heart breaking for me and my children!!!

I began making phone calls and sending text messages to [redacted]’s phone since she told me a couple of months ago she could only receive text messages on her phone. I received a text message stating that she was in a hospital in North Carolina, the text “supposedly” was from her son on Friday, April 8th 2016. I never heard back from her so a few days later on Wednesday, April 18th I text her and told her the owner wanted to speak to her asap. We seen her ride past the dealership that same day and it was her driving. At this point we left her another message regarding her payment which was now 17 days late and we were completely ignored. Review: I was way over priced for my car and two days later I realized I had so many issue's with the car so I called the dealer and he said bring it in we will fix it.I been going through the same issues for a month. I spoke with the owner regarding when are they gonna do the work for fifth time he said if u dont want the car bring it bAck I will give the downpayment back I went to take the car back he added all these charges on so I wouldnt barely get nothing back. From two days after buying the car I bought oil everyday ranging 3.00 to 4.00.By the way this is a 2001 dodge stratus in fair condition and at the of paying for its the total for the car is 6000Desired Settlement: All of my money back plus what I put in it.

Review: I purchased a truck from Mitchell's auto sale 10-14-15 for a total of $2050 as a down payment. The agreement was to make monthly payments of 220. my second monthly payment was due when I had to put it in the shop for the 3rd time. In the month of November the truck had been in the shop 4 times. The dealer had been getting the truck repaired but the same problems were reoccurring which made me think the problem was not being fixed. December 11, 2015 this truck stalled out on me and would not switch gears. I had to jump out of a moving vehicle with my children present. I called AAA to get the truck removed and towed to the shop of Mitchell's choice. Since then I have been calling to try to come up with an agreement with the dealer to sell the truck back or possibly get another vehicle. The owner will not talk to me or even call me back regarding the agreement for the truck. At this point I don't want any dealing with this company. I will take a loss of the truck just to get some of the money back I paid to purchase it. I was told the only way I could get another car is if I had more money. Today is Jan 18, 2016 still no word from the owner I don't know where the truck is so I'm guessing I'm out of my$ 2050 and the truck , . I have left several messages to the receptionist still no word from anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the money I used as a down payment for this truck. I have no information where this truck is or what is wrong with it. I was told to get it towed a [redacted] towing which I never heard of. I have record of the towing dates phone calls and purchase dates a receipts for this truck

Review: I bought a 2003 Chevy impala at Mitchell's auto sales and let than a week later the car's head gasket blew the owner Kenny Mitchell retrieved the car and has had the car for more than two weeks he avoids my calls tells me that he'll call me back in ten minutes three days will go by no return call then he stated that he's not giving me my money nor my car back and hangs up. Once he stated that I only gave him $500 down down what did I think that I was going to get .I told his well right now you have my money and my car he said you ain't got no money and hung up. I do not want anything less than my $550 that I put down on the car when I purchased it. This establishment is a buy here pay here organization.Desired Settlement: I want my entire deposit of $550 returned to me
