The company have taken my complaint into there consideration and resolve the complaint before Revdex.com got the complaint and I am totally satisfied with the company. Thanks

I left a message for Mr. [redacted] regarding his glasses, He left a return message that he had received them and were working at first. He has damaged the frame and will bring to optical shop in Columbus to have them either adjusted or replaced. I will follow up with him to see if he has come in...

According to [redacted] the patient was a first time VA customer. The first pair came to him with the bifocal lines uneven. Patient rejected and optician put in an order for a remake. The second pair was send out, quick turnaround, and patient received. He states those are also unsatisfactory but...
does not want a second remake. He did not want to wait any longer and when optician ask him to return to see what the issue was on the remade pair, he refused. I will reach out to patient and let him know we will refund. Solution: Patient is being refunded $169.00 He has been notified. Sincerely,[redacted]
