Review: I visited the Mitch's in the beginning of September and purchased a dress in the wrong size due to poor lighting in the store. When got it home and realized my mistake I returned without receipt the next business day for exchange in size only. As there was a rack of about 50 duplicate dress in various sizes. I was told I could not change the dress for size. I call Revdex.com and was adviced there is no protol fr CT in cases of retail store. BUt there practices must be clearlly posted. I went back to the store I saw yes there was sign that no refunds with out receipt. I explained I dont want to refund but only exchange and no such policy is posted. I was told by female owner she didn't care who I reported hder to, they intended to close shop next year anyhow. I waited so ling to complain because of statement hoping I made the purchase on my bank card but upon viewing it I dont see it. Please notify the owner of prpoer resolve.
