Mitmesser Rentals

I am *** ***, property manager for Mitmesser Rentals. In response to complaint ID # ***, on behalf of Mitmesser Rentals, I am submitting information.
*** *** rented our bedroom condo in Myrtle Beach from 11/23/to 11/30/15.
I am
submitting a letter signed by our dedicated cleaner, *** ***, stating that there was damage to our toilet, and the condo was very dirtyThese are things the guest is disputing: the toilet repair $and the excessive dirtiness fee $50. According to the rental agreement she signed, she would pay for any damages to the property. It was the professional opinion of the maintenance person who repaired the toilet that the toilet was damaged by the guest.
I am also sending our rental agreement, signed by *** ***
We think the money we charged her was fair because she made a lot of real and true damage to our condo, and she broke the rental agreement in many ways

I apologize for the delay in responding. I have been out of town. I would like to re-open complaint number ***. The business indicates I would pay for any damages which is false. The damage falls under 2-a in the agreement which is wear and tear to a MAJOR plumbing appliance. This is a rental where many people are a tenant and have been for years. The toilet is not new. The professional opinion of the maintenance is not valid because they did not provide details surrounding the damage and an itemized invoice for the repair. No proof was submitted for the excessive dirtiness which is untrue. All trash taken out and carpets vacuumed. Linen was also washed with my detergent and folded neatly on the beds. As indicated in their response they “THINK” the money was fair and indicate I broke the rental agreement is pure implication without evidence having probative weight. *** ***
