We found the Mitsdarfer Brothers Tree Service to be a fantastic company to do business withI called in and asked for a quote to have two trees cut down, and our information was takenWithin a few days we had a quote delivered, which was from to 100% less expensive than other companiesAfter I called back and requested them to cut the trees, it was less than a week later that the trees were cut and goneWe were told that we didn't need to be there, that we would be billedHowever, my wife was there and was happy with their professionalismEverything turned out as we wanted it toWe would recommend the services of this company to anyone

We had a reference from a satisfied customer and we contacted Mitsdarfer to grind stumps on our church property We needed to complete it this month for fiscal reasons We agreed on a date and they quoted a very favorable price They showed up as agreed, had the requested paperwork, and did a great job We are very happy with their service and will use them again if we have trees that need work

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! This is the absolute most HORRIBLE Company to do business with, as they lack, professionalism, courtesy & customer service. I had contacted this company on Friday, Sep 12, 2014 asking them to provide a quote for removing a tree stump and dirt. I explained my husband and I needed to purchase a shed but needed the area cleared first. The office manager, [redacted], took down the information and advised the owner, [redacted], would come out to look but she couldn't give me a date or time. Without so much as a phone call first to make sure we would even be home, [redacted] just showed up at our home on Sunday, Sep 14, 2014 and it was only by luck that my husband was home at the time. My husband showed [redacted] what we needed done and he did give a reasonable price so later that evening I called their office and left a message stating we accept their price & when can they do the work. I continued to call the office each week for 4 weeks in a row asking when the work will be done only to be told by [redacted] that they would get back to me. I finally just gave up and figured I would forget it altogether until I received a phone call from [redacted] after Christmas asking if we still needed the work done. I told her yes and said it would have to wait until after Thursday, Jan 8, 2015 and she said that would be fine. On Saturday, Jan 3, 2015, [redacted] left a message on my voicemail asking to set up a date and time. When I spoke to [redacted] on Monday, Jan 5, 2015, I asked her about having it done on Saturday, Jan 10, 2015. She said she that [redacted] has that date written down to do the work for us but she would speak to [redacted] to confirm and get back to me.....needless to say she never called me back. Instead, I had to call on Friday, Jan 9, 2015 & ask again if he was coming on Saturday, Jan 10, 2015. She said he will be there on Saturday, Jan 10, 2015 in the morning. Well, the morning came and went and no [redacted] and not even a phone call either. I'm done and will NEVER even consider using this company ever again and will also make it my mission to make sure everyone knows the type of company they are dealing with if they are thinking of using them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I've already made sure to post my experience with this company on Angie's List, Yelp, YP & the Facebook pages so that I can make sure I am able to warn enough people not to use this company!

This company took our order to snow plow 3 driveways and a road in our development a week before a big snow storm. 3 days and several phone calls after storm they still didn't show up. When we finally got through they said that they decided not to plow our driveway claiming we had an outstanding bill from the previous year. I asked why they didn't mention that when they took our order prior to the storm, or let us know they weren't coming. They said it was on a different system and didn't know. I checked our files and every bill that we received from them was paid. We offered to pay what they claimed we owed if they could tell us what the outstanding invoice was for. The said they would get back to us and never did. 3 families, some with young children, were left stranded for 4 days by this company.
