Review: Brought my 2 quads to be tuned up. One always ran. Just needed battery. They said cant fix, but charged me about $150. (Dont trust that they didnt take something- you will see why). Other quad they did a complete tune up (I think), it didnt start right away when I picked it up. Should have been my first hint. Doesnt run now. Something is in gas tank. Went to take out at night and headlights are gone. Yes they stole it. I brought to their attention, said they would check their camera system and everyday gave me the run around. Finally they got really nasty and said they asked their workers and they said they didnt do it. Really? [redacted], Horrible people, that steal!Desired Settlement: Refund of what I paid, plus replacement of the 2 quads that dont work.

Review: about 2 months ago I bought a 2011 mitsubishi and when my husband went to pick it up was giving 1key...for the car...we were never informed that only came with one key...when I tried to call them for the second key I was told im on my owen ... it is a smark key for stupid peoples like us that we left the lot without...so now to buy a new key is about $500

couple calls were made to the salesman ..[redacted] and mitsubishi that now they have they money they can t careless..I asked to even split the cost so if they can help me out but nope no answer ...horrible place and the [redacted] guy there should be without a job so he will be more greathful to treat peoples little better.Desired Settlement: will be nice to get a second key or the least split the cost

Review: I Never recieved a contract from this dealer. Also never was told how much the car cost and how much I was really financing. Never was told I would be penalized if I paid car off early. All warranties they said they included I paid for. It was added to my financing along with 6yrs of interest. Recieved the car with bald front tires . They said that they threw a tire warranty in but I still got the car with bald tires. Felt they were not proffessional at all. I feel they took advantage of me cause i'm a female and was looking for a car for my 17yr old daughter.Desired Settlement: My warranty that I paid 1500.00 for was written wrong and I recieved a letter from edgecoverage telling me I was not covered and due a refund by the dealer. The dealer never responded to the letter and I never recieved my refund. I feel I should be refunded with interest. I had to pay with interest I feel I should get the money back with interest.

Review: I have never dealt with worse customer service both at this dealership or with their customer service direct on the phone. I was made promises prior to signing a new lease, They made guarantees just to get me to make the new lease purchase but then NEVER delivered on those promises. This is FALSE advertising, FALSE customer service and LIES. I was billed $3,700 for "damages" on the car after my sales agent AND a mechanic from the dealership inspected my car on site and told me 100% I would not be billed later by headquarters. If I were to receive a bill I was guaranteed by Jessica B[redacted], the agent, that the dealership had waivers in place to take care of any cost to me. It has been 6 months since I purchased the car and the collection agency from Mitsubishi Credit is still looking for payment and the dealership is offering NO help. They made a guarantee and a promise that they have not delivered and I am outraged beyond belief. Everyone I have dealt with at Mitsubishi has been nothing but dodgy, shady and unhelpful at all. I demand that this be taken care of as I will NOT STOP until it is resolved.Desired Settlement: I want the dealership to deliver on their promise of taking care of the bill. I have been cooperative to say the least for over 6 months since the purchase and I demand that 112 Mitsubishi pay for the $3,700 bill I have received AS THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD.

Review: purchased a 2015 mitsubishi lancer at the dealership was talked into getting the extra warranty for $2000.00 plus tax after 4 months and only 1550 miles I cancelled the warranty and was told I would get a refund. after a 6 weeks I called the dealership about the refund and was given the run around, they said it comes from the warranty company I called the warranty company they said I had to call the dealership. I was entitled to 97% back. I called them back several times and got no where. finally they issued a check for $393.52. which is not the 96% the warranty company said I should get. I went down to the dealership to complain and was told that's what I get and if I didn't like it take them to court. all I want is the money that is owed to me. I since have looked them up on consumer affairs and there are pages of complaints against them. today I went to small claims to see if that will get my money back6Desired Settlement: I want the refund that is due to me

Review: Hi. I purchased a vehicle 12/2014. upon signing all the finance paperwork, I was told by Mario in financing that I was required to purchase an extended warranty by the finance company because the auto loan was sub-prime and the finance company wanted to make sure I could afford to fix the car if something happened. the car is a 2012 mitsubishi outlander SE. already had a full factory warranty. I asked him to verify this and he said the finance co business hours were closed. I signed off on it. the policy was an additional $2000 added to my finance amount.

4/2015 I received a letter from the extended warranty company stating that they could not accept the vehicle service contract as written and it was returned to the dealer for correction or refund.

I then contacted Mario, and he said I could either come in to return the vehicle or sign the paperwork to cancel the policy. I said ok, I will be down in a couple of days. when I arrived, I was told by mario that he called the warranty company and fixed the issue so it isnt cancelled. I reminded him that I told him not to do that, that I wanted to cancel. however I didnt have the original paperwork and he said he needed it in order to send out the cancellation.

I called [redacted], who finances the vehicle, and told them the situation. they advised me that they do NOT require customers to purchase additional warranty policies in order to get a loan, but will finance it in if the buyer wants to purchase one.

a few weeks later I returned with the paperwork. I returned 5/**/2015. I signed off on the paperwork to cancel. I asked him again about the reason why I was required and gave him the reason why I was asking and what the finance company said. he then told me that he never told me that reason. he said that because it is a subprime loan, the dealership has to purchase the loan from the finance company for around $2000 so they have to make up for it by having the buyer purchase an extended warranty. the paperwork was signed to cancel and Mario told me it takes about 2 months for the warranty company to send out the check to the finance company.

today, 8/*/15 I contacted the warranty company because the finance company still has not received the check from the warranty company. the warranty company has not received the paperwork from the car dealer.Desired Settlement: Send the paperwork to the warranty company. prior to sending the paperwork to the warranty company, to contact the company to put a rush on it. I am currently paying a 26% interest rate and that includes the $2000 that was financed in for this policy.

in addition to this, I would like the dealership to figure out how much interest I have paid on the $2000 in this loan and have that refunded to me. the vehicle was purchased in December of 2014 and it is now 8/2015.

Review: The following events took place between August 2013 and October 2013. Please review them and indicate whether or not I am entitled to any retribution in this matter. I am looking for the end result to be that Mitsubishi 112 dealership take full financial responsibility in the amount 2259.19 payable to Mitsubishi Motors credit of America, Inc. applied to the above referenced account number. I would also like the dealership to write a letter to all three credit bureaus correcting that

all payments have been made on time including the August/Sept payment. I would also like consumers to have all information explained to them in writing and signed off on from salesperson as well as the consumer

regarding any possible outstanding invoices that may receive in any aspect of turning in a lease and purchasing a new lease.

August 2013: Received two solicitations from Mitsubishi 112, where I leased my 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander, promoting a turn in lease early program. I made a phone call in late August and spoke to [redacted] she claimed she was the [redacted]. I was interested to learn more about the program but had reservations. I explained to [redacted] that I did not want to waste her time because up until 2 years ago I had excellent credit. I was diagnosed with a [redacted] in

2011 that left me immobile for a few months where my business suffered. Within 3 months, I regained all faculties reopened my business and have been financially stable since then. In that time of being immobile and then reopening my business, I have never been late on my car payment of $ 558.00 per month. I also explained my concern for some damage made to the car, scratches etc. She proceeded to tell me that I don’t even have to come in she would run the credit and then call me back with information and a car payment. I agreed and gave her my information. She called me back and told me that because I have an excellent payment history she would make a call to corporate and she would get me tier 1 credit issuance. I was thrilled, I reminded her about the car inspection she told me not to worry about it the car would be purchased for their inventory not to worry about it. She then reiterated that she was a [redacted] and not a [redacted], so there will not be any issues when I come in. She told me the payment would be substantially less than what I am paying now. I replied by saying I hope so I had negative equity in my last car and 558.00 per month for an outlander was too high. I told her I wanted a 3 year lease. I then told her that my last experience when leasing my 2010 vehicle was a nightmare because they wrote up the car with leather seats and delivered a different car…

later apologized because the salesperson was new and then tried to bill for something they forgot after the 2010 car was leased….once I explained all my concerns, my past experience with that dealership, and the scratches..She assured me nothing like that would happen because they are under all new management.

September [redacted] – Went into the dealership with my husband [redacted]... I was told to bring proof of income, driver’s license which I did. Sat down with [redacted] and brought the 2010 Mitsubishi with me to turn in. She asked for the keys so someone can look at the car and was told to wait at her desk. She then told me that they were not able to make the call for the tier one credit until Tuesday because it was a holiday weekend. She said she was 100% sure that it would not be a problem. She showed me the paperwork with a 449.00 per month lease, she showed me several cars on the lot and we picked one. I asked her 3 times about the turn in of the 2010 and she kept repeating we looked at the car don’t worry

about it...we are purchasing the car for inventory( my husband witnessed this conversation ) I was concerned about the scratches and the back light being broken. The glass had a small pebble size break and I asked her if I should get it replaced by my insurance company and again she said [redacted] we are buying the car...don’t worry about it. I asked her when I could pick the car up, she said September [redacted]. I left with the paperwork and the lease written was for a 2014 Mitsubishi outlander 4 year lease!!! I immediately called her and said that I told her several times that I wanted a 3 year lease...she said she would make the change and the payment would be 459.00..I agreed on the payment.

September [redacted] - I spoke to [redacted] that morning and agreed to pick the car up that evening…She said it would be all ready the paperwork is in order. We went to pick up the car and brought our 2010 Mitsubishi to turn in and proceeded with [redacted] to inspect the new vehicle. In the meantime, another worker and my husband removed the plates to the 2010 Mitsubishi. Once the plates were removed [redacted] helped put old plates on new car. My husband, I and my 10 year old daughter went in the car so [redacted] can explain the features. In the middle of her showing us the Bluetooth she says, we were not able to get you the tier one credit and your payment will be higher. I said nothing removed myself from the

vehicle as did the rest of my family and proceeded to walk away from the deal. [redacted] walked toward me and said don’t worry [redacted] I will make this right. After her deliberations with management (I thought she was management) she came back and said the payment will be 459.00 for three years. [redacted] the [redacted] sat down with my husband I so I can sign the paperwork. He rushed me, did not explain anything and was very annoyed with us saying that they just did us a favor. I asked him what we were purchasing the vehicle for and he said never mind it does not go by that and it’s all about money factors!!! Mel asked me if I submitted proof of income... I explained that I submitted proof to Jessica and he

proceeded to get my proof of income from her. My last question to Jessica was about payments to the existing vehicle. She told me that they were sending a check for the rest of the payments and that I am no

longer responsible for paying the old car just the new one. I left my 2010 Mitsubishi with the dealership and drove my new 2014 outlander home.

Week of September [redacted]- I receive a call from [redacted], he was on vacation, and needed me to send proof of income again to office. I asked him if he had copies because I was working and there were a lot papers. He said they get shredded after they are faxed to finance but he got notice that they were never received. I then called [redacted] and told her he was asking for the proof of income thinking maybe she saved a copy. She said don’t worry about it I will take care of it. Never heard back from her so I called on a day [redacted] was not in and [redacted], the [redacted] was glad to help me. I ended up re faxing him the proof of income and that was the end of it.

The month of September and beginning of October- I received numerous collection calls for payment of the 2010 Mitsubishi... I explained that I turned the vehicle in on Sept [redacted] and they should have received payment. They expressed that they do not have any paperwork stating I turn the vehicle in…I called [redacted] 3 times and was told yes I will look into it and call you back.. I never received a call back. Because I have worked very hard on rebuilding my credit for the last 2 years I

called the dealership in September and asked to speak to [redacted], [redacted]. I told him I was very upset that they did not send payment and that they sent my account to collections and it damaged my credit report. I was angry but I was not yelling or cursing and he proceeded to tell me that they did me a favor and made a call to get me lease approved and I probably did not even deserve to be driving that car!!! He was on speaker and my staff had witnessed the whole conversation. I then told him that he should be grateful to have me as a customer because I pay every month on time and he told me he could have leased it to someone else no loss to them!! I was humiliated and at a loss for words.

Later the following week-Spoke to [redacted] told her about my conversation with [redacted] and she agreed that he was out of line and proceeded to be unprofessional by telling me that one of her coworkers had punched [redacted] in the face that week and [redacted] and she was laughing about it. She said she thought I would be interested in hearing that since he spoke to me in such a condescending way.

September [redacted]- Received a letter from Mitsubishi Lease agreement correction notice with box other checked off change of selling price. I did not know what that meant so I saved it with my paperwork.

October [redacted] -2010 Mitsubishi was picked up at the 112 dealership

October [redacted] vehicle inspected by the finance company

October [redacted] Mitsubishi received payment for remaining payments- 2 checks one in the amount of 5537.30 and other 1508.67. (31 days after lease was turned it) Spoke to [redacted]. I asked to speak to [redacted]r and I was told someone would call be back within 3 business days. I never received a call.

October [redacted] Received certified letter from Mitsubishi- lease termination invoice. Asking us to pay 2259.19 in damages to the car. I called [redacted] immediately. She said she never heard such a thing and that should have never have happened. Then she told me I had the worst luck and said she did not know why all these things are happening to me and that none of her clients ever experienced these problems. She asked me to fax her letter and she would call me Monday.

October [redacted]. No call from [redacted]... I called customer service myself and spoke to [redacted] on October ** 2013. She had mentioned [redacted] from Mitsubishi 112 had called her and was questioning the bill. I called [redacted] to see when she called (although I knew) and she told me that she was waiting for a call back from [redacted], [redacted]. According to [redacted] from customer service, [redacted] was not waiting for a phone call as she claimed…there was nothing of the

sort in [redacted]’s notes. I told [redacted] what [redacted] had told me and she said I don’t know [redacted] that is what they told me... Then she claimed that she never told me they were buying the car back, this issue has nothing to do with them and that she was doing me a favor by even making these phone calls. At this time, I asked to speak to the owner, [redacted]. She told me that he is never there. I asked her then to speak to [redacted], the [redacted]... She told me he was not there and he did not have a voice mail but he is aware of the problem. She told me to call the general number and ask for him another day.

I called Mitsubishi 112 numerous times asking to speak to someone who was dealing with Jim Stacy the rep from Mitsubishi finance and as of 11/*/13 I have received a call back from anyone from Mitsubishi 112 with confirmation that [redacted] called them back. I asked [redacted] whom from their office had placed the call to the mysterious [redacted] and she told me [redacted]. I have not received a call from anyone from Mitsubishi 112 to rectify this matter.

November [redacted]- called CSR department corporate to ask to speak to a [redacted]..They had no such person working there. Spoke to rep [redacted] and asked him if there were any correspondence with the dealer 112 Mitsubishi. They said no. The last Phone call from them was [redacted] on October [redacted]. Called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. Second time spoke to CSR [redacted] who transferred me to a voicemail of a [redacted]..

In closing, I’m an educated consumer and hold a BA in [redacted] as well as a Master’s Degree. However, I do not have a degree in car leasing and feel that the dealership did not disclose information that would have allowed me to make an educated decision on turning in my lease and leasing a new car. I would have chosen to keep the car and buy it out in the end. I then would have avoided a bill for 2259.19. Or I would have gone through insurance to fix some repairs on the car. These options were not entertained as I was told by Mitsubishi 112 that they were taking the car as is for the inventory. I have leased many cars over the years and never had any of these problems. I have always had tier one credit but unfortunately a medical diagnosis had allowed me to fall back on other bills, hindering my credit. Although, credit is not the issue in this matter, I feel that I am a responsible business owner who pays her bills on time and should not bear financial responsibility for the bill in question.

Thank you for your time in this matter.

Sincerely,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I am looking for the end result to be that Mitsubishi 112 dealership take full financial responsibility in the amount 2259.19 payable to Mitsubishi Motors credit of America, Inc. applied to the above referenced account number. Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a extended warranty on my vehicle and am experiencing problems with it. I have tried to resolve my issue with dealer and mitsubishi company. They refuse to provide me with service and information regarding my warranty coverage. The dealership has been uncooperative and unprofessional in the handling of my concerns. Mitsubishi company is claiming they have no responsibility in my claim, due to the fact that the dealer sold me a warranty that is not affiliated with Mitsubishi. I was never told or informed of that fact and no where does it state that in my paperwork.Desired Settlement: At this point due to the treatment I've received from dealer and mitsubishi, I simply want a refund if the warranty I purchased so I can repair my car.

Review: Traded in a Honda Accord with excess miles and 3 months left on lease. Then leased an Outlander Sport from Mitsubishi 112. The deal was Mitsubishi would take the Honda Accord and pay off the last 3 months and any over miles. After completing this transaction only the last 3 months were paid off. There was still a balance of $307.00 on the Honda account due to excess miles that were not paid for. Not only did Mitsubishi not pay for these miles that were part of the deal and the only reason I even completed this deal, they were a month late to begin with to pay off the 3 months on the car. Also have spent over a month of trying to contact them and keep being referred to someone else to talk to and they have not once returned my phone calls they only have taken messages. They have tried to say it was not part of my deal but it most certainly was or I would have walked out and never did it. I have since paid the over miles myself since it was negatively effecting my credit score looking like I am missing a payment each month. The initial transaction was completed on 11/*/13.Desired Settlement: Besides the fact that they have not paid for the over mileages, they were a month late with the initial payment (negatively effecting my credit score) and they have had terrible customer service (multiple phone calls and messages I have left have never been returned).

I would like a refund in any form they can provide for the miles. ($307.00) Either cash, credit to Honda account, or credit to my mitsubishi outlander account.

Review: Purchase an five year extended auto warranty for a 2012 suzuki sx4, in april 2013. Call dealership February 2015, I requested to cancel the extended warranty for suzuki, spoke to [redacted] first and was told needed to speak to the fiance person [redacted], he said I had to come to dealership to fill out a cancellation form. I went to dealership, I ask the saleperson how much will I be refunded, he said it would be a couple hundred dollars. I ask why am I only receving a refund of a couple hundred dollars, without prorated how long we had the policy that we purchased. The policy cost is 1768.00, we receive a refund of only 400.66. Called dealership why I only receive that amount, I was just giving the run around from the [redacted] to the fiance person. The vehicle has manufacture warranty till 2019, with the extended warranty it would been good to 2022. This policy was only 20 months in effect. I am puzzle how they came with that refund figure.Desired Settlement: I should receive a refund that amount to 65 to 70% of policy, since it only been ineffect for 20 months.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from this seller and was unaware of a WARRANTECH warranty that was tacked on to my invoice,I don't know how they pulled this off but they did. I didn't realize the additional $2500.00 charge added to my invoice until after I left the facility. When I got home and started to review the invoice I noticed the added charge. I contacted my salesman and he assured me that we could resolve the problem. He said he spoke to his supervisor and it would just be a matter of resigning the paperwork. He told me that I needed to contact the finance department and speak to Melvin, he is the finance guy. When I got Melvin on the phone he told me that he didn't know who the H[redacted] I was and he didn't have to do anything! He then told me to go [redacted]myself and hung up on me. I left messages with the finance manager which were never returned, so I called WARRANTECH themselves to see if I could cancel the unwanted warranty. I spoke with Becky and her supervisor agent #** who wouldn't give me her name, only her agent number. She contacted Melvin for me as I was on the other line and told him that I didn't want the warranty. At this time she had just received my paperwork on her desk and she informed me that the warranty was prorated so because my information hadn't been enter into the system yet there was no problem at all. Because the warranty is prorated it hadn't been activated yet so I could just resign the paperwork and it would be done...Melvin told her to have me call him so I could set up a time to go down and resign the papers and when I called and left messages for him and his manager my calls were never returned. I already had 2 years left on the manufacturers warranty and I was told the vehicle was certified pre-owned which meant it had a 100,000 or 5 year warranty on the powertrain. I had absolutely no use for this additional warranty that ran concurrent with my manufactures warranty. I just wanted it canceled and my credit applied. Please help.Desired Settlement: Refund.

Review: I leased a car from this dealer and traded in an old lease to them with the understanding of the dealer returning my old lease to the dealer ship I leased from and mitsibushi was to pick up final payments owed on the lease. Which they did do. However my lease was turned in to dealer november of 2012 my ending lease date was january [redacted] 2013 my truck was never returned to the other dealership until febuary ** 2013. I recieved many collections letters stating I still owed for month of january which was supposed to be returned by mitsibishi. I brought the bills to there attention many times and I was told by owner of company iam not resposible for that bill and they will take care of it. I never heard anything again until last week I recieved another collection letter from another agency same situation. This was never paid I again addresed to company and all I get is attitudes and very rude staff and so called managers who are not helping and really dont care that this is effecting my credit and they dont see they are resposible for this bill

resposible for this bill which I was told they would pay since it is there fault they didnt return the carwhenDesired Settlement: I want this bill paid by mitsibushi like they are supposed to pay

Review: They sold me a car that almost killed my family I was told I would get my money back & now I'm getting the run aroundDesired Settlement: The [redacted] said I will get my money today and now he's telling me tomorrow they did the same thing with the car I bought it on May ** got it back may ** and the car went on fire and I had my family in the car afther the [redacted] said the car was good and safe

Review: First off The [redacted] said he would outright buy my 2012 lancer and pay off full amt of approx $15,400, and I can purchase the 2012 galant advertised at $16095. That would leave about $1500 diff

So I had agreed to it...Well I get into the Finance [redacted]'s office. He haggled said no way can I keep this at $240 per month give me $400 and he can do $269.49. at 84 months I said fine, but then I noticed a diff in price

one paperwork showed $17550 & the other showed $19760 ($ ants are very close to actual amts). I questioned it and [redacted] said "OH don't pay attention to the number dollar ants, I will fix them they are not correct"

I was told it was the lower amount. NOT....[redacted] never fixed the amounts and being I already signed the papers a day before, I was unable to cancel. BAIT & SWITCH

Also the vehicle was never gone over and I had to bring it back for service, Tires not inflated correctly, no fluids, no coolant wiper blades bad. Wow for a car in the showroom, they neglect to keep it in beautiful condition.

Also lied to about the auto start. He said his was better than what I just put in my Lancer. NOT it was not as good as mine, not even close.

I want my diff in money back even with tax and payoff and my money I put down is an approx $2200 difference. How dare [redacted] not return my calls made several times about the issue.

Also this is not the first time they have done this....All are crooks and people have one in court. I also had to call the corp office for complaints.....This one they were not able to help on...GO FIgureDesired Settlement: I just want my money they over charged me by.....
