Review: The problem is as follow:

I bough at a New Black Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2014 in August 2013.

After a month of having the temporary registration, I did not received my new registration because they made a mistake on my personal information.

So, after I addressed this issue to them, I was forced to rent a car by MITSUBISHI ROUTE 46 up until I can get my registration resolved. ( I had to park my own car and not drive it, I had to spent my own money to pay for parking my car at that time)

So, I rented a car thorugh [redacted] in ** about two weeks until September 14th, 2013. On that day I went to MITSUBISHI ROUTE 46 and requested I needed my registration so I can drive my own car that I bought to them. On that day, I was told by MITSUBISHI ROUTE 46 that they were going to give me a rental of their own. So, I was forced to returned the rental with Enterprise at [redacted] NJ instead of **. This change caused a $118.38 dollars extra charged to myself after I have initially been billed $556.54.

This charged shown up in my account weeks later and I inmediately communicated this to MITSUBISHI ROUTE 46 and they agreed to reimbursed the extra charged at that moment on October.

So it is about to be about a year since I started to deal with this issue with MITSUBISHI ROUTE 46 and even the current General Manager [redacted], when I spoke with him, agreed to paid me back. However, I haven not yet found any resolution.

Despite the worst experience, I had buying this car and spending extra money on other things while awaiting for my registration that it came to me 4 months after I bouth the car. I only want to get reimbursed for what it is right to me. The $118.38 dollars that I spent while driving a rental that I was forced by MITSUBISHI ROUTE 46 since I could not drive my own car.

I will also complain to USAA.COM car dealer services, since they have this dealer in their trust car dealer services.

PD: I have been calling and not reponses yet.Desired Settlement: I only want to get reimbursed for what it is right to me. The $118.38 dollars that I spent while driving a rental that I was forced by MITSUBISHI ROUTE 46 since I could not drive my own car because they were not able to give me my new car registration.

Review: I purchased a 2008 vehicle with less then 80 k miles from this dealership less then a year ago. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I needed to bring it back for transmission work. Recently the vehicle would not start and had to be towed to a dealership mechanic. It was discovered that there was over 2000 dollars in mechanical repairs that needed to be completed. The issues with the vehicle would have been noticeable at the time of sale and were not disclosed. When I contacted the dealership they told me that it is wear and tear. I am fully aware of what wear and tear is, and I do not believe that in less then 12 months and less then 10000 miles that I put that extent of "wear and tear" on the vehicle, even a used vehicle. These mechanical issues would have been noticeable at the time of sale due and the deal either neglected to fully inspect the vehicle or neglected to disclose these issues to me. The dealer refused to fix any of the mechanical issues. I am currently paying to have the starter replaced in order to be able to move the vehicle as the dealership refused to do anything to fix it.Desired Settlement: Fix the problems with the vehicle that you were clearly away of either prior to selling it, or after I brought it in to be repaired the first time shorty after purchasing it, as well as remiburse me for the expenses already paid by me.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] outright from this dealership November 28th. Even though the check cleared December 2nd to date I have not received my registration or title. I had my own license plates which [redacted] at the DMV in [redacted] checked on but found no paperwork associated with my license plate (as of !/30/15). I have sent innumerable amounts of emails and have placed several phone calls and have yet to get a response. I saw on my caller ID that someone did call me but they didnt leave a message . My temp registration was up 12/27th so I cant legally drive my car.

Though I receive MANY MANY emails and phone calls advertising cars I should purchase from them , I havent been able to get them to take care of the car I boughtDesired Settlement: To receive my registration and title

Review: This goes back at least 2 years. I had to get my windshield wipers replaced and I thought they were covered under warranty Company said no.

About 2 years ago I had to get my windshield wipers replaced. The company said they were not under my warranty and they didn't have my warranty on file. When I tried to speak to someone about obtaining a copy of the warranty they gave me the run around and didn't get back to me until a YEAR later. Obviously I had already had the problem fixed and paid for (over $500). After a period of time I ended up finding my warranty and right there in black & white it stated that windshield wipers were covered. I never went back to the company about this because I was treated so horribly, like an inconvience and like I didn't know what I was talking about that I didn't even want to deal with them.

Just this past year I had to have my whole steering column and ball bearing replaced at a cost of almost $2,000. I had brought my car to the dealership about both of these problems several times because I was hearing a strange noise and my key kept getting stuck in the ignition. They told me that they weren't hearing any sound and as for the key it just needed to be ground down, the noise they said was nothing to worry about. I was extremely upset to find out that if they had done their job correctly and took the time to try and fix the problem I wouldn't have to shell out the money to fix these issues. Not only that, the noise that I was hearing turned out to be the ball bearings in the axle that help hold the tire onto that part. I'm pretty sure that was answer, regardless if I hadn't gotten this fixed then the wheels could have fallen off my car probably killing me.

Needless to say the customer service in the maintenance department is horrible, they treat women like they no nothing and they don't take the time needed to figure out what's wrong. The mechanic that actually fixed the ball bearings and the steering column took about 2 days before they were able to figure it out and about a week by the time they were able to fix it. My feeling is they didn't want to take the time needed to figure out the problem.

As for the key sticking, I took it back to them at least 3 time for the same issue, you would think that would have invested a bit more time into finding out what's wrong considering that the first option they tried was not working. I was so disheartend by all the issues I had with them that I never went back to them for anything. Again if they had taken the time they needed to fix the issue it would have been covered under warrenty and as for the windshield wipers they just totally scammed me as far as that goes. They told me that I had an inferior warranty that hardly covered anything meanwhile I had bought the warranty through the dealership. I will never go back to this company again and I have told whoever I know not to go there. They are nothing but crooks.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

We apologize for any inconvenience that was caused to the customer. If the customer provides their mailing address we will get a check out to them for the amount of the windshield wipers.

Review: Purchased vehicle from dealer December of 2012 with a full 3 year/30000 mile bumper to bumper service warranty , the following September vehicle was involved in a no fault accident and subsequently determined a total loss. Upon speaking with the finance manager to commence a refund on warranty I was informed to forward information as to the loss, which I had done in December of 2013. I have not heard anything back and have received no return calls for my multiple inquiries. I am owed somewhere in the range of $2000. I have given up trying to contact because he refuses to call back. If you cannot help me to settle this matter I will be contacting my lawyer.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded.

Business

Response:

The manager called the customer and the matter is being taken care of and he will be refunded.
