Review: In October 2011, I purchased a 60in flat screen Mitsubishi television. On June 2,2015 the lamp in me television blew out. Upset that anything on/in my television had went wrong, I contacted Mitsubishi in hopes to reconcile my issue. Upon contacting Mitsubishi I spoke with a rep. I then asked to speak with her supervisor([redacted]) who was no help at all. I explained to him my frustration about my purchase and how the product was not working after a short period of time, he told me that I had no other option but to purchase the part. Dissatisfied because I felt that Mitsubishi should stand by its products and provide the consumer with a replacement free of charge, I asked to speak with the manager. [redacted] refused to get his manager stating that he could not do that for security purposes. I didn't understand that excuse because he, himself had taken the call. I also contacted the parts dept where I was told by the supervisor that asking for a replacement "free of charge" is like buying a car and expecting the dealership to provide gas money to me. For the past two weeks I have made numerous phone calls in attempt to speak with someone in the corporate office to resolve my issue. I did speak with one person whom was VERY helpful in trying to help me contact the correct office. However, the information she provided was a number that I previously contacted. I am completely unsatissfiednwith the lack of effort to resolve my issue by Mitsubishi. The representation is TERRIBLE!!!!Desired Settlement: After many attempts to contact corporate and coming to continuous dead ends, I was left with no choice but to purchase the part for my TV for $137.22. I would like a full refund of my purchase.
