After a recall for a front crossmember replacement, including both left and right control arms, the car pulled badly to the right, enough to put us in the ditch in about 20 feet if we didn't keep a good pull on the wheel. the dealership was contacted and questioned about an alignment. they stated that one was not needed. a test drive was not even done. so I am querious to know when, if not, when the front crossmember as well as control arms, which pretty much is every steering angle on a vehicle is changed, would they do an alignment? just an extra cost to add.
This is my personal review of my experience encountered with this Mitsubishi dealership at
Richmond Hill Mitsubishi
My 2006 lancer was finally taken in for the passenger side airbag safety recall in the morning of Dec 21st (after 4 months wait), (parts all of a sudden became available upon initial contact with Head office).
By afternoon my car is ready, I went to pick up my car and realized the digital clock, radio and the car alarm system was not working.
They took a look at it and said something to do with the fuse. (the fuse was actually blown)
I told them my car's digital clock, radio and the car alarm system was in working condition before this safety recall job, they outright deny anything to do with it and blame it on my car.
They deny any responsibilities and offer no remedy. I ended up driving away with no alarm system, radio and clock in my car.
The service advisor was rude, unprofessional and service manager did not want to take responsibilities for their incompetence work done to my car.
This is by far the worst dealership experience I ever encountered. It's just outright ridiculous.
How can Mitsubishi Motors Canada allow such dealership franchisee operate in such manners offers no sense of customer service at all.
This put shame to the Mitsubishi's name. How can I even consider Mitsubishi again, it offers me no confidence & satisfaction. [redacted]
Lastly, I do not want to have any further association / relationship with this dealership, I would run as fast away from them.
The suggestion from Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada customer relation was to communicate to the very same dealership where they broke my car for further assistance.

I am very disappointed with Mitsubishi. I have owned two [redacted] and serviced both at Mitsubishi. Last year I had my 2008 [redacted] in for service on the roof which would not go down properly. After two separate attempts the Hamilton dealership failed to fix the problem and seemed hesitant because of the amount of labor. I was trying to sell it at this time but ended up keeping for another year. In May 2015 I took it to a different dealership at Erin Mills as it was bigger and I figured they could troubleshoot it better. I was wrong. The first thing they wanted me to do it take it back to the Hamilton Dealership. I explained the situation and they proceeded to attempt the repair. After 3 weeks and multiple correspondences with Mitsubishi Canada I was informed that no parts could be found. I shot off a few more calls and emails and finally was informed they could get a part in ten days but would run me $3500 for parts and labor after tax to fix a car I want to sell.
