I have the ball in motion to resolve Mrs***'s issues but we are at the mercy of the manufacturer. I can only hope that the brand new chair comes fast and the transformer comes, but I personally don't build it. I wished and hoped that we could resolve this as quickly as possible but they have all the information and I documented everything. If you have any questions please feel free to call. ###-###-####. We have contacted several people with Broyhill including the V.Pof Heritage Home Group, the new Broyhill/Lane/Thomasville sales rep, and our previous sales rep We have ordered the parts needed to repair the loveseat The Chair will be replaced We are waiting for all of the
wheels to be set in motion We have been in contact with Broyhill on a day to day basis trying to rectify the situation We are trying to do it as quickly as possible We appreciate you contacting us with this matter.Thank you,*** ***
