This is the same thing Mittens has been yelling me since early February. How long before I actually GET service?

I have the ball in motion to resolve Mrs. [redacted]'s issues but we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.  I can only hope that the brand new chair comes fast and the transformer comes, but I personally don't build it.  I wished and hoped that we could resolve this as quickly as possible but they have all the information and I documented everything.  If you have any questions please feel free to call.  ###-###-####. Thank You, [redacted]

Review: I purchased a sofa, love seat, and rocker with power recline on 11/17/14 from Mitten' s. The set was delivered on 12/4/14. On 2/5/15 the power stopped working on the rocker. To troubleshoot, I took the transformer from the love seat and put it on the rocker and it worked, for two days then that transformer blew out too. On 2/9/15, I called Mittens and spoke to [redacted]. He has been very pleasant but my recliner and love seat still do not work!

On 3/6/2015, I called the manufacturer's customer service and spoke to [redacted]. She told me she would try to mediate and call Mitten' s directly then call me back. She didn't call so on 3/12/15 I called again. [redacted] told me she called Mitten' s and got no answer but never called me back.

Multiple calls to the dealer and manufacturer have not been successful. I want to return the set for a full refund!Desired Settlement: I want to return the set for a full refund

We have contacted several people with Broyhill including the V.P. of Heritage Home Group, the new Broyhill/Lane/Thomasville sales rep, and our previous sales rep. We have ordered the parts needed to repair the loveseat. The Chair will be replaced. We are waiting for all of the wheels to be set in motion. We have been in contact with Broyhill on a day to day basis trying to rectify the situation. We are trying to do it as quickly as possible. We appreciate you contacting us with this matter.
