To get the work completed all you had to do was simply pay the deposit as outlined on the estimate that we mailed, emailed, and discussed both
in person and on the phoneYou did approved the work and requested us to do work on a certain date but again never paid the depositDuring phone calls you were made aware that we needed the deposit and stated you had the deposit but never gave it to usI did call you on my own time after hours the day before to let you know that the deposit still wasn't paid and even offered if you got it paid overnight that I would still get it done that weekBy the next afternoon the deposit still wasn't paid and we couldn't wait any longer for payment so we moved on to the next project in order to limit our damages and lost time
We are a very busy company and our services are in high demand so yes we do book projects weeks and sometimes months outThis was stated to you the very first time we talked on the phone and again throughout the processWe do only staff our office days a week because I am on the job sites working with the crews, but our days and hours are clearly stated on the voice mailWhen I get done working for the day I do go back into the office and still respond to emails and return all phone calls
All of this could of been easily solved and work completed if you would of simply paid the deposit sometime within the months you claimingWe were ready to move and work on July 31st, but again you didn't pay the deposit but instead wanted me to postpone the work so we could meet and go over the estimate I gave you with the one you had from another companyHowever, Monday we were past all that, past the part of weed preventer, past you asking if we take payments, past the part of misunderstanding that a deposit is paid before we will go out to the job and do any workWe discussed and were ready to still move forward if you simply paid the depositYou again did not pay the deposit the next day either online, over the phone, in the mail, dropped off, or even asked if we can have someone stop by and pick up a checkI think we did everything we could within our power to get this project started

At this point we had to move on to the next project and will not be able to get his project done before the weekendThe offer that was extended Monday night has passed because his refusal to simply get the deposit paid

I sent the owner an email the night he finally called backThis was sent after I spoke with him and it asked for someone to contact me ASAP so that I could make the paymentNo one ever responded until I reached out again the next day, and was told again it was cancelled for a second timeNow the owner states that they always require a down payment before services are renderedI spoke with people who have used his service for leaf removal and for landscaping and both told me that payment in advance wasn't required before they showed upOne person told me that he was sent an invoice and then paid with a check after the work was doneRegardless of this I still reached out to him to make paymentIf he is not properly staffed to answer his phones or email I should not be held accountableI can send over or forward the email conversations that I have had with him as evidence or proof that he isn't being entirely forthcoming with the details of this complaintAs it is now I have already hired a different company and they did the job within days instead of months and am happy with their outcomeI however am not happy with the outcome at RV Property, and want others to know of the problems that I have had with them to help and protect others so they know what they might be getting intoThe owner has not satisfactorily appeased my situation as he never did the work and put me in a very difficult position
