Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response from the company is a total fabrication/LIE! I was NEVER contacted in response to my inquiries/requests The only thing I received were pre-generated emails which came immediately after I send them an emailIt literally pops up within seconds and says "sorry I missed your call" I checked every day to see if the matter had even been assigned to anyone and according to the printouts I have it states that someone by the name of " [redacted] **" was either assigned to this ticketor the pre-generated emails came from "him" Again, please see attached proof of me INSIDE my home while system is armed I have attached several emails as I usually set the alarm around the same time because I leave the house about the same time each day The only thing they said that is true is that I continued to set the alarm because I continued to try to see if it would ever work properly Why wouldn't I??? I purchased it and I spent a considerable amount of money for the system I would not pay over $for a system and when it stops working after a few months not accept assistance from the company where I purchased the system That makes absolutely no sense at all This company is lying and I absolutely want my complaint, their response and my evidence on record for the world to see Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Upon receiving the Customer’s inquiry on 3/30, we have responded immediately to the customer via email by requesting to perform initial troubleshooting and providing education on scenarios possibly creating the issue raisedOn the specific incident customer mentioned that the system did not
triggered an arm, after checking with our system log, it showed that the system was disarmed immediately by the user’s appAfter customer provided more response, we reviewed the system log again and the system showed many triggered events, meaning it is functioning as it should. We monitored the system’s log for one more week and were seeing that there were triggered events continuously without any issue. Without hearing back from the customer and assuming our proposed education was helpful, we closed the ticket accordingly. As of today, the system is still active and with triggered events recorded daily since 3/30/18, hence not showing a faulty system. There must have been some miscommunication between our support and the customer. We wish the customer can reach back to us again for assistance and an opportunity to offer support where needed. Thanks

I would not pay over $400.00 for a system and when it stops working after a few months not accept assistance from the company where I purchased the system.  That makes absolutely no sense at all.  This company is lying and I absolutely want my complaint, their response and my evidence on record for the world to see.
