customer service and your experience is simply unacceptable and not up to our standards.
Our customer service supervisor has spoken with our receptionist and service team about the situation and we will continue to work with our team to ensure this does not happen again. Our supervisor also noted that part of the shipping delay is due to the fact that we were waiting for your response for a home shipping address and we had not heard back from you. We had wanted to ship the item to your home to ensure you received your shipment since you mentioned having trouble getting in touch with contacts at the school.

I got my order on May 6th. The order was incorrect. I am missing the oatmeal cookies #XXXXX and my grocery to do list #XXXXX. Instead I received two stamps item # XXXXX which I did not order.I wrote the Revdex.com because I never received my order and eventhough it was someone's responsibility to check that I got my items; they again failed to check for accuracy. In addition my son should have received something for selling your product and that was not included either. Please let me know what to do with the items I did not order and let me know when you will send the correct items. Please send them to my son's school.

I received my other items today, however it's still not correct. My order for the cookies came in and the to do list /grocery list came in. If someone had checked the order and visually looked at my order they would have seen that the Grocery To Do List the quantity was two not one. I received one and not two. School ends in approximately two weeks. Is it possible that I can have my final order item delivered by that time frame? If you can not, I would like to have a refund for the one that you did not send. Someone will have to contact me for where to send the item or the refund.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. According to our records you were only missing the one (1) pad, which is why we only sent one. We are happy to send you a replacement. We have put together an order for you with an additional pad and a free gift for the trouble. We are expediting the shipment so the school will receive the package by Friday. We are truly sorry for all of the back and forth and feel horrible that the Revdex.com had to get involved. We hope this final shipment resolves the situation and we are very, very sorry for the errors on our behalf.
