Mix'em Up Bartending School

Review: On May 24th, 2015, I registered and paid in full for bartending school at this business. Due to personal reasons, I requested a refund for my tuition within days of my original registration and did not attend any classes. At that time, I was provided with options to keep my file on hold or to attend classes at my convenience in lieu of terminating my registration. However, I requested the refund of what I paid. I have been told that I will receive my tuition back and that it is being processed, however, I have yet to receive anything and it has now almost 3 months have past. I have email correspondence regarding this matter with the business confirming that my refund is being processed but they have experienced acounting issues on their end which delated the process. However, within the last 2 weeks, I have again reached out via email to inquire about my refund, but now have not received any reply. I have been patient, but feel that the amount of time that has passed since my original request is unacceptable. I have contacted the business multiple times with no resolution.Desired Settlement: I would like my tuition amount refunded as this business has agreed. The amount is $295.00
