My department has tried to contact Ms*** since my last response on this Revdex.com website to no availif required I can provide documentation of emails sent that have been left unanswered as well as calls sent to voice mailAlthough we would like to resolve this issue there is nothing we can do for someone who does not respond to usif the customer responds to one of our previous emails sent to her or decides to call we will help her if not I suppose she will contact you again

The customer has been contacted, and a replacement item will be shipped by tomorrow, 2/18/15, the latest. Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because: I waited for the response that they said that they would send me on 2/10/2015, and they did not contact me either by e-mail, or by my information given.

The replacement was sent out to Miss [redacted] on 4/27/2017. Upon arrival of the replacement we shipped out immediately.

we have seen complaint and apologize for customers frustration. there was an issue with the email system that sent incoming mail from the Mizco support link to an email that was no longer being monitored. We have since fixed the issue and will contact the customer directly today 2/10/2015. we do not...

offer refunds but will be happy to replace the cable the customer has had issue with. any questions please contact me directly.

We submitted the replace on 6/13/17 and forwarded the tracking information to the customer provided by the USPS. The customer's replacement has been going through clearance with both the US and Canada. After we send out the package we do not control the amount of time to ship being that it must go...

person I spoke to on the phone was to have sent an email with this information in it. So far no email. I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with a Mizco employee yesterday regarding this issue. She was supposed to send me an email with choices for a replace as this item is discontinued. I was told I would be able to choose a replacement and once I e=recieved it would then send the original item back to Mizco. As of yet no email for Mizco.
