I have rented a 2/2 apt from Mizner Park Apartments for over 2 years, and nothing made me stayed for that long other than the pain of moving and the tight work schedule that I have.
Everything was below expectation, very out dated and old facilities, can't remember how many times the elevators broke down, strangers vehicles parking in my parking spot at night for few nights in a row and when I contacted security they said nothing they can do, very poor maintenance, and extremely poor customer service in a way that makes you try to avoid contacting their office for any reason unless you really have to, and they always trying to get for any and everything such as extra keys or clickers or anything else.
Now... The icing on top was when I finally decided to move out of that place and found out that my master bedroom furniture was damaged for a water leakage that I wasn't aware of, and although I never asked them for nothing back, the surprise was a collection letter in the mail for $1100 to replace a damaged unit in the bathroom as they claiming which anyone can buy from home depot for $100 at most, and when I called to complain the excuse was that the unit is a unique dimension that can't be found any where at all, and the apartment has to be rented fast so they will over-charge you as a customer and ruin your credit and send you to collection agency just like that.
FYI... I was paying $2350 a month for that apartment that my friend used to laugh at because of it's really old everything, and still that didn't stop them from doing what they did.
I warn any future resident from falling in that trap of renting from Mizner Park Apartments, don't let the few shops and restaurants around fool you.
