two shoes showed the same defect within a day of eachother
I have been a long time and loyal customeri enjoy all of your products, they are high quality and are really great for my running stylewhich is why with my creation I am surprised both heels failed within a day of each otherthey came apart and now flop aroundif it was just one then I could understand I made a mistake but both from joggingi am a recreational jogger only a couple miles of sidewalk jogging per week, nothing competitivei want to believe this was an isolated incident but still want to know what are you going to do to keep my business?

On 12/I placed an order for ChristmasOn 12/I was contacted and told the order did not go through, to please re orderI did and ended up receiving orders.I contacted the company times and was told it is in error and will rectify itselfNo, both boxes cameI've not opened second boxMizuno now says I ordered twice and will not pay return shippingThey have been unhelpful, and rude on the phoneI've sent no less than emails to customer service that have been ignoredI would stay away from this company, as something is fishy that they do not respond to customers, and bilk you out of your money

Purhased a Mizuno baseball glove in for my son, (300.00) and Mizuno had at the time a program if you purchased a Mizuno glove they would rebuild the glove for free when it was worn outCalled Mizuno described the model number and was told to send it inCustomer service advised at that time if it was purchased after it qualified for the program which this glove wasA few weeks later I received an email that advised this glove was a glove that they could not rebuild as it had to be a certain model numberI advised Mizuno I already discussed prior to sending it with their customer service the model number and the year purchased and they advised to send it inIt cost me to mail it as it had insurance put on it as that is now the replacement cost of this gloveMizuno refused to reimburse me the shipping fee, advised they had no way to do thisFinally they offered to send product which I really didn't want, but finally agreed to as son advised he needed new pair
