Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told that they where going to fix my truck and left it in worst conditionHad to take it to another mechanic and in regards of the work he did my truck is still leaking oilPaid close to 2,dollars for nothing as soon as I left the shop my truck started with the same symptoms and smoke coming out of the mufflertooko it back the next day he keep it for to days only to call me and advice that there was nothing he could do and that it was going to be pricie to fix it Regards, [redacted]

MJ AUTO SERVICE IN REFERENCE TO THE CLAIM *** *** WHEN HE EATED MY SHOP, WE MADE AN ESTIMATE OF ALL THE PROBLEMS, AND HE IS EXPLAINED THAT THE PROBLEM WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAD TO START TO CHANGE AN IGNITION COIL AND A SPARK PLUG, THE CLAIM OF THE PRICE I THINK IT DOES NOT HAVE
SENSE, BECAUSE THE REAR MAIN SEAL, OIL PAN GASKET, MOTOR MOUNTS, THE PRICE OF LABOR IS OF HOURS AND ONLY I COLLECT YOU HOURA NEW STARTER WILL BE INSTALLED FREE OF CHARGE, WITHOUT ANY COSTI HAVE THE DEAR THAT THE SIGNEDBECAUSE NO WORK IS MADE WITHOUT CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION

Paid close to 2,000.00 dollars for nothing as soon as I left the shop my truck started with the same symptoms and smoke coming out of the muffler.. tooko it back the next day he keep it for to days only to call me and advice that there was nothing he could do and that it was going to be pricie to fix it
