We reasonably assumed that is what the quote meant by a "plastic wall to contain dust". * We appreciate the 4 loose tiles being reset. We were unaware that these were loose until we received the invoice post work completion that states there were 3 loose tiles. * We did not notify MJ Building about the cracking grout because it did not crack until recently. The day we found the cracking grout, we contacted the Revdex.com. We understand that the tiles were not installed properly by the previous homeowner. However, if that is the cause of the grout cracking, then it does not make sense that the old grout never cracked. We appreciate that MJ Building agreed to pay for the cleaning and responded to the Revdex.com Complaint. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please let me know how the $300 will be transmitted to us and an ETA.
