I am rejecting this response because: We have no desire to tarnish MJ China Bistro's reputationWe are only sad that we can no longer eat there as we have been frequent customers since they first opened, as well as recommending the restaurant to our friends and familyWe contacted the manager the day after the food poisoning and his response was, "We have insurance for that." He told us that their insurance agent would be contacting us directlyWe never heard from their agent and therefor made repeated attempts to speak with the manager/owner of MJ China Bistro, so that we could submit the medical records and doctor's office charge as instructed by China Bistro's manager. Many of our phone calls were never returned. We feel that we have been routinely and repeatedly ignored and misledWe still expect some type of action from their insurance company; especially since it was the restaurant's first suggestion

We received a phone call from the customer on Monday July 21, about potential food poisoningWe immediately contacted our insurance agent and did
some research on our own after receiving the phone callCustomer stated that they dined with us the previous Saturday early dinner and had a beef dishThe same beef was used to cook for a people party in the party room that same night and the regular dining room customers as wellNo one else called or contacted us about any discomfortOur insurance agent advised us that with no proof of food poisoning, this would be a tough case to get coveredHealth department came shortly after, checked everything and observed the cooking method we used for that dishEverything was fineWe are very sorry that the customer was sick and inconvenienced, yet at this point, there is no proof showing that it was our food that caused the sicknessWe don't own restaurants as the customer claimed but do have a long history of operating successful restaurants and had never had any food poisoning cases in the pastIn order to protect our reputation, please advise the customer that we do reserve our right to take any and all legal measures possible
