SUNWEST MANAGEMENT [redacted] November 2, [redacted] ***Re: Complaint ID [redacted] A copy of a complaint was received on October 28, After reading the details and nature of the additional items, we closely investigated and have confirmed that all work order requests have been completed in your apartment.Please remember as per your rental agreement, Page 2, Paragraph of “Community Policies” states; "After hours emergencies are situations which threaten a person's health, safety, or security or damage to the propertyPlease be considerate of the on-site personnel's right to relaxation and privacyEmergency telephone numbers/pager numbers will be listed on the rental office's answering machine in case of property damage emergenciesFor all other emergencies, dial 911.”It has also been noted: On Sunday, May 10, Resident Manager, [redacted] contacted [redacted] to notify her toremove BBO grill and trash from patioResidents complied.On Wednesday, May 20, a complaint from a resident at MJ Cottages was made to the manager regarding a barking dog from D-A pit bull was identified by the managerIt was also noted that there were unauthorized occupants living in D-Residents were contacted and given a written warning for unauthorized animal as well as unauthorized occupants in unitResident Manager contacted [redacted] and she explained it was her nephew's dog and the family was visiting until they find a place to liveIt was explained that additional occupants would need to be approved by the office and that this put them over the allowed occupancy level [redacted] removed the dog in three days and the family moved out in seven days.On Wednesday, August 12, Resident Manager, [redacted] called [redacted] to ask about the trash and dirty diapers in the back patio [redacted] stated she would have it cleanedManager confirmed the items were cleaned/removed the next business day.fell apart"The Resident Manager, [redacted] asked questions to obtain information to determine if it was an emergencyBecause there was no flood, a work order was written and the Resident Manager confirmed the request Monday, Sept28, The piping was repaired on Tuesday, Sept29, 2015, the next scheduled maintenance day.I understand how upset you must have been when you waited longer than anticipated for your screen doorUnfortunately a damaged item was received from our vendor and this greatly delayed the processPlease accept my sincere apologies for this errorTo ensure we do not repeat this we will use a local vendor such as Home Depot to ensure repairs are not delayed in the futureAt Sun West Management we feel the voice of the customer is very valuableWe will give a $rent credit towards your December rent.Again, I apologize for the inconvenience we caused you.Respectfully, [redacted] ***Property ManagerSun West Management
