Review: I received a letter and an copy of an invoice dated 10/9/2010 saying I never paid this invoice for services rendered at my house. The Service date is listed as 10/9/2010 and the invoice has a date on it of 3/12/2011. The invoice is from this plumber is for services that I believe were never done in my house by this plumber. The total invoice is for 217.28 with 190.00 of that being for 2 hours labor. I have never had a plumber in my house for more than 15 mins. for a repair to either toilet. The bill is for servicing to a 2nd floor toilet ( we are a raised ranch and the toilet is on the first floor with our other toilet being in our basement. It also mentions that there they had to shut off the main water valve to drain water from the main house. Also, states they snaked and cleaned out the shower tub drain stop and drain overflow assembly(I have never had any work done to my shower since we have lived here(20+ years). I called them to dispute the bill and the person I spoke with(either Matt or Mark P[redacted]) to dispute the bill saying it wasn't mine and also questioning why I was receiving this invoice over 5 years from the date of service. I was immediately told that this would have to be turned over to their attorney and they would see me in court. I told them to go ahead as I had no intention of paying for something that wasn't done in my house. I also told them that I have never not paid for services in my house on the spot once the job was done and they wouldn't have been in my house unless I was there.Desired Settlement: I am looking for this bill to be credited in total as I stand by the fact that if the work had been done it would have been paid for at the time of service. I stand by the fact that the work stated was never done in my house(specifically 2 hours of labor and work on my shower.
